GGuest UserReally well located hotel, lovely views from the bars the pools and from our room. Just a few minutes walk and you can be on the Sandy Beach. Nearby supermarkets and a selection of restaurants. The area itself is very quiet but lovely. There wasn’t much storage space in the rooms with regards to drawers et cetera however everything was very clean and worked well.
The daily cleaning service was great. Breakfast in this hotel was also included for our booking. There was a lovely selection of food including fresh omelettes which are my favourite. There was a wide selection of bread pastry cereals, hot food juices teas, coffees. The drinks in the hotel also very nice. The poor area is very serene and has great views overlooking the beach area below. overall I would recommend this hotel however if you are looking for something lively this may not be right for you. We found it to be very relaxing which was just what we were looking for.

SShirley DrummondWe had the most wonderful 4 night stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was excellent, great location. Superb breakfast. Spent a couple of days just chilling by the pool - fabulous lounge area.
Thank you for recommendations of beaches to visit and making our stay so enjoyable. Hope to return and certainly will be recommending the hotel to friends.

CCarmen TMHotel ideal con mucho encanto y muy céntrico en Mahón. Decoración ecléctica pero acogedora. Detalle en la habitación y agua de cortesía. Desayuno variado y muy completo. No hay TV en la habitación.Como pegas, se escucha bastante el ruido de los pasillos en la habitación, el agua de la ducha se salía y el suelo de la piscina resbala si vas mojado (cuidado!)

Mmiriam herrero martinThe complex is large, it has several swimming pools, especially for children, with different depths and tobogans. Very clean and with helpers. There is also a bar, a small supermarket to buy the essentials and a store of souvenirs and floatings. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel offers rental cars from different companies q bring you directly to the door of the hotel. The food from the buffet is extensive and varied but standard quality, battle, paste bar, pizza, cheese, salads ... It has free and vegan gluten options, but not flavorous.

GGuest UserThere was no duvet and no radiator in the apartment, when the outside temperature was 8 degrees C, and the windows cannot be closed properly, the windows have a 7 mm gap. There was only a thin sheet and a blanket. We were cold. I could hardly sleep. I demand a partial refund.

GGuest UserI love the place. Great location, right next to the beach, and walking distance from Cala en Bosc district with bars and restaurants. Staff was helpful and the sunbathing area was huge. Love the breakfast buffet too!

GGuest UserGenerally I liked the hotel. The food was tasty and the facilities were nice. Even though the room was not very clean. I even found a pack of someone’s pack of cigs there. Also the system with the irons and fees for the towel are not comfortable at all. Let’s keep in mind that they position them as a 4 star hotel….

The hotel has a great price and quality. The breakfast and dinner in the form of buffet were perfect: there was a lot of choice and everything was very good. The swimming pool is beautiful and the sea view is beautiful.
The only negative point is the hotel's customer service before our arrival. Fortunately, Trip has been here to accompany us and solve the problem quickly.
