The house is located above the Tappeiner Promenade at Zenoberg in a beautiful, sunny location, surrounded by vineyards and idyllic countryside with superb views of the city of Merano and surroundings. The apartments have been renovated and refurbished.
On the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view over the city of Merano and the surrounding area. In the immediate vicinity is a family run guest house where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. A little further away is a typical, traditional restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. Below on the Tappeiner promenade is an idyllic Caffe restaurant.
In about 15 Minutes to reach the city center of Merano with the parish church (250 steps) you reach the house in which you follow the yellow Hotel Route of Dorf Tirol. Das Frühstücken auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf Meran war immer wieder großartig. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Wohnung ist Durchschnitt, an einigen Stellen etwas provisorisch.

Perfekte Lager oberhalb von Meran
Eine einfache, aber zweckmäßige Ferienwohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Besonders gefallen haben uns die überraschend vielen Möglichkeiten, Kleider unterzubringen. Wir konnten gar nicht alles belegen. Super.
Die Wohnung liegt super oberhalb von Meran und nach ein paar Stufen oder einem Umweg über den Tappeinerweg ist man gemütlich unten. Knödelglück und Saxifraga sind um die Ecke. Uns hats gefallen.

Meran liegt Dir zu Füßen
Ein sehr schön gelegene Wohnung. Meran und Dorf Tirol ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Abwicklung mit der Wohnung sehr unbürokratisch. Es wäre schön, wenn für die Aussenstühle auch Auflagen zur Verfügung gestellt werden würden. Ich kann die FeWo nur empfehlen

Schöne Aussicht
Super Aussicht vom Balkon. Zweckmäßige Einrichtung, ein paar Utensilien fehlten in der Küche (z.B. Messer zum Gemüse schneiden). Gute Lage, Meran in 10 min zu Fuß per Treppen zu erreichen. Zusätzliche Schlafgelegenheit im Wohnzimmer war kein Problem. Die Adresse war (per Navi/Google Maps) nicht zu finden, auf die Anreisebeschreibung achten. Aber unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Es war sehr heiß im August, das Freibad in Dorf Tirol ist da sehr zu empfehlen.

Lage Lage Lage
Fantastiche Lage der Wohnung. Schneller Zugang zu Stadt und zu Tappeiner Promenade. Die Sicht... unbeschreiblich. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, der Empfang sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Südtirol Turistenkarte war bares Geld wert: freier Zugang zu allen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (nach Bozen, nach Mals, und weiter...) und zu vielen Museen und Schlössern in der Gegend. Es war unser erstes Mal in Meran, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal, und wir würden definitiv wieder in die Wohnung wohnen wollen.
