Die Zimmer sind leider Etwas kühl aber ansonsten sehr schön in rustikalem Stil. Auch die Sauberkeit der Zimmer sowie der kompletten Anlage konnten wir nicht bemängeln. Gegessen hatten wir lediglich auswärts, daher können wir Jenes leider nicht beurteilen.
Die Lage ist natürlich ideal, in gerade einmal einer Gehminute bist du sofort im Zentrum und doch hat der freundlich willkommene Vierbeiner endlose Möglichkeiten für seine Spaziergänge😉
Ich kann das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen 👍🏼

Comfortable stay. Beautiful old villa. Large room with private bathroom and balcony overlooking the river. Good breakfast. On site parking. Downside: wifi can be challenging, house needs some TLC (updates and repairs) . No A/C but we were here in October. Days were hot but room stayed cool. Might not be the case in July. Owner / manager was nice. Different sense of humor. Note: yes, they keep your passport overnight. Welcome to Italy.

You like creaky floors and the sound of the river. We enjoyed it and would come back. The owner-managed house is very old. But that's what makes it so charming. It's all clean and tidy. The rooms are quite large with nice balconies. The breakfast was very good. The location is great and (apart from the sound of the river - close the window if necessary!) very quiet. Parking spaces available on the property.

Hotel dall'architettura del fascino di altri tempi, in posizione eccellente sulla passeggiata pedonale lungo il Passirio. Camera non grande con dettagli che mostrano i segni del tempo. La moquette andrebbe sostituita, anzi meglio sarebbe eliminarla per ottimizzare la pulizia. In particolare poi il bagno andrebbe sicuramente ammodernato. Personale molto cortese. Colazione gradevole e varia.

Die Lage des Hotels in Meran und der inkludierte Parkplatz sind gut. Ansonsten strahlt das Hotel den morbiden Charme der 70er Jahre aus, wer das mag fühlt sich hier vielleicht wohl. Unser Ding sind knarrende Dielen und Türen, hakelige Schlösser, mit Papier ausgelegte Kommodenschubladen jedenfalls nicht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier nicht.. Aber es war ein guter Fotograf am Werk ;-)

Zimmer sind sehr alt, aber alles sehr sauber. Perfektes Hotel für einen kurzen Meran Trip. Sehr zentral, Haus ist sehr schön außen renoviert. Frühstücksbuffet war alles da, was man benötigt und alles war frisch und sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder

Una bella villa d epoca affacciata sul Passirio Posizione ottima, persone molto cortesi e ospitali, cibo curato Parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente Stanza e bagno grandi. Qualche miglioramento nella manutenzione generale sarebbe auspicabile
