They didn't refund our money, we didn't stay. There was no smell, no humidity, no pool, no crowded animations, no noise, nothing else. We changed 4 rooms on the first day, we stayed in the fourth one, and when we saw the air conditioner, we felt nauseous. The walls were dripping with black filth, it was impossible to stay because of the mold smell. As I said, there was no refund. We bought it from "This is the holiday", never pay in advance, I say go, you won't stay anyway.

Yıl içerisinde bir çok kez tercih ettiğim yer.. daha otelin kapısından girerken bile sempatik güvenlik görevlileri, enerjik resepsiyon elemanları, hijyenik havuzlar, mutlu personeller.. en başta bir işlerinde dikkat ettiğim şey personellerin mutlu oluşudur. Personel mutluysa işini her zaman en iyi şekilde yapar.. enerjik animasyon ekibi, danslar,yemekler.. hersey çok güzel.. teşekkürler...

O kadar otel gezdim o kadar aprt ta kaldım ben hayatımda bu kadar sacma pis kir pas içinde bi otel görmedim zehir oldu yaz tatilimiz 2 rezervasyonumuz daha vardı arkadaşlara hemen iptal ettirdim denizi berbat restoran berbat odalar tuvalet yazarken bile igrendim ha bu arada cocuklar ilk gün havuzdan mikrop kaptı 7 gün bian önce bitsin diye bekledik kesinlikle tavsiye etmem ben gitmeden yorumları okusaydım kesinlikle gitmezdim

Yer olarak Adana'ya yakın olduğundan kalınabilecek en güzel tatil yeri ve dönem olarak Ekim ayı olunca da kalabalık hiççç yoktu. Ancak tesis eski ve aşağı katlardaki odalarda rutubet kokusu çok fazla var. Masaj da balili hanım çok güzel masaj uyguluyor. Teşekkürler
