Very clean and good sized room for Europe. Location was excellent for our last night in Italy to walk around Mestre.

Good people running the place and very clean. The breakfast buffet was worth the 10 eoros

The Chinese owners of this 🏨 are friendly and helpful. A nice , small hotel 10 mins away by 🚌 from Mestre train station. I booked a room with a double bed but when I arrived at the hotel, owner told me i booked a room with 1 single 🛌. I was given a single room with limited space . lucky, I only stayed there for a night. It is not worth paying over 70 euro per night overweekend at this hotel. Room is basic and the bed is not comfortable. If you are a light sleeper, do not choose this hotel because there is no sound proof at all in this hotel. You can hear anything from your room when your neighbours slam shut the door hardly or speak loudly in their room.

Pros: 1. Excellent location - close to bus/tram stop to Venice, 3 minutes walk (tickets can be bought at the hotel reception). Also around a lot of cafes, convenient. 2. The rooms are pleasant, there is a refrigerator, air conditioning 3. The hotel is small, it was quiet Cons are not critical, but still: 1. There are no screens on the windows, we were bitten by mosquitoes 2. The air conditioner is very old and noisy, even at minimum power. But we slept with him, we got very tired during the day in Venice) 3. The shower door does not close completely 4. We missed a kettle in the room

Very well connected to Venice and located a stone's throw from the central square of Mestre. Logistically it is an excellent choice!

Clean and friendly hotel very helpful, Really nice area around 15 minute on the tram to venice Every weekend in December has a xmas market ice skating and singing really christmasy, nice street xmas decorations and a pretty church good selection of shops and restaurents with outside area too

We've stayed at this hotel three times now. Modern rooms, with air-con and modern furniture. Good choice of food at the buffet breakfast. Staff very helpful. Moreover, the hotel is very convenient for all the bars and restaurants of Mestre. The hotel is only a 2-3 minute walk from Piazzale Cialdini, from where you can catch various buses, but also the trams which run to Venice, or down to Marghera via Mestre railway station. To Venice takes about 20 mins on the tram, and about 10 minutes to Mestre railway station. From the station, you can catch trains to loads of interesting destinations: Verona, Vicenza, Treviso, Ferrara and Padua, to name just a few.

Great location and with needed amenities. Bus stop near by, train and tram devices close by as well. Hotel had good breakfast and staff very friendly.

Perfect! Next to bus station, easy to go everywhere. A lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. Owners are super helpful. Breakfast is amazing

very friendly cinese couple at the reception, rooms are modern and even if they are near from the street they are quiet! next to the old city centre of Mestre! the hotel is cheaper then most of the hotels in Venice and in 15 minutes you can be in Venice by tramway

Perfect place for a Venice visit if you do not want to stay on the island which was important for us since we had a very early flight to catch on our departure. It’s a five minute walk to get to the bus or tram to Venice and lots of restaurants and bars are in walking distance right in the city center. Breakfast buffet is sufficient and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are neat and clean with daily housekeeping service

Just back from our 3rd stay at this gem of a hotel and it didn’t disappoint! It doesn’t look much from the outside but don’t let that fool you. It’s comfortable, spotless and superbly located. The staff are very friendly and always happy to help ( the Prosecco on the last night was a lovely touch). Nothing negative to say, will be back!!

Central location next to the historic center. Exquisite attention. Very friendly. Very good breakfast. Totally recommended. Next door there are many restaurants and places to drink. There is also a shopping center 5 minutes away to end the day. Recommended to go to Venice, the T1 tram 5 minutes from the hotel
