Great location for early morning flights with free shuttle bus to and from the airport, reception was inefficient and short of staff, only one staff was on when I was checking in at 3pm which is the busiest check in time of the day and had to wait more than 45mins to get checked in, no sofa bed in the room as per room description

Single bed super narrow,car park cost 30 swiss per night,won't stay there again

Very nice hotel near the airport with good breakfasts and clean rooms.

Very clean hotel with microwave, coffee machine & kettle. Towels are plush. Can ask for additional amenities items at counter. Airport shuttle runs every 20 mins till midnight, very convenient.

Well first of all I was really disappointed after the hotel staff told me that the booking was only for two adults and did not include my child and then they asked me to pay for extra bed for my child. I showed them the booking confirmation which clearly stated three person booking paid with triple suites but she still refused to check us in and said manager is not allowing her to check us in. I asked her to let me speak with the manager and explain the problem or show her the booking and but the manager said she is not ready to speak with me as they don’t entertain website booking problems. She didn’t even bother to speak with me or come and see me and ultimately I had to pay for extra person even though the booking was paid in full for a family of three. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. The manager should at least have listened to me and check my booking booking confirmation

I have to say it was a beautiful stay and very reasonably priced for Geneva! Fantastic location clean hotel and nice room plus gym etc

location is good but the reception is not that friendly when i question a simple question

During our recent stay, we used the complimentary airport shuttle service. Upon arriving at the airport, the driver refused to assist us with our luggage, despite this typically being part of the service — especially important as we are a group of women and I personally have an arm injury. When I asked the driver for assistance, he ignored my request and insisted we handle the luggage ourselves. However, moments later, when two European passengers approached, he quickly helped them without hesitation. He also removed all other passengers’ luggage except ours. Only after I insisted again did he very reluctantly and roughly unload our luggage. This behavior was highly disrespectful, and the difference in treatment was so stark that it felt clearly discriminatory — suggesting that we were being treated differently because we are Asian.

Room was super clean! Hotel was so pretty, they even have a microwave in the room, a coffee machine & a seperate sink for water. Its near to the airport, like not even 5 minutes. Haha. They do have shuttle van to the airport so if you book them, you dont have to worry about your transportation from Geneva Airport to the hotel! Will definitely recommend. 😀

Conveniently located just right outside Geneva airport with free airport shuttle that runs every 20 minutes throughout most of the day. Check in easy and rooms were very nice with comfortable beds
