I stayed with my family, I do not comment, I do not waste any more time, I attach the photos, they already say it all, absolutely not recommended, we could not take a shower.

The location is top-notch. You can get to South Beach in 5 minutes on foot, and it's safe. The only thing is that the accommodation is old and needs to be fixed, but it's the best value for money.

It is a great place to stay for a vacation.
The pool in the complex, which you can go to on a sunny day, is really beautiful and is the best place for children to play.
However, for those who want to go to Universal Theme Park, please note that it is more than 30 minutes away.
