Location..location..location! Closed to everything in the heart of south beach. Price and location can’t bested. Needs some upgrades but can be overlook due to 2 main factors for us: 1. Location. 2. Service Back of Hotel is the beach..this is definitely a plus. Huge pool your kids would love. I recommend highly.

Overall good, but didn’t like the “room key” was di-actived 2 hours before our check-out. And please keep in mind that the pool and access to the beach will be closed at 7 pm

Hotel with terrible service, no good meals served, very simple menu, it is not a family hotel, a lot of ********* smell, guests smoke ********* in the pool area all day, expensive valet service (50 dollars/day) and they even stole it the purchases that were in the trunk of the car. Only advantage is the location by the beach, the rest sucks. It's not even worth half of the daily rate charged. I will never come back to this hotel again. You are deceived all the time.

Great location, clean and nice hotel. Silent room. Only unfavorable point that the bed is small for 2 people in the room we stayed (422).

Had the most fabulous time at The Shelborne by Proper. The service was beyond fantastic. Every step of the way, every staff member was on point. Professional, polite, and incredibly accommodating. This will be my new go to hotel & membership spot. Food was fantastic, the property is stunning & it has those good feeling Miami nostalgic vibes.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Shelborne last weekend. The renovation is beautiful and the staff was absolutely incredible - friendly, warm, and inviting. We did not get the chance to try the restaurant, but had snacks and drinks at the bar. Food and drink both 10/10. The gym is well equipped and beautiful. Our stay was too short but looking forward to our return.

This newly renovated hotel in Miami Beach truly exceeded expectations. The décor is a perfect balance of simplicity and sophistication, with a thoughtfully curated color palette that creates an effortlessly elegant atmosphere throughout the property. The standout for me was the pool area—expansive yet cleverly designed with plenty of cozy corners, allowing each guest to find their own peaceful space. We stayed in a cabana, which was not only incredibly comfortable but also offered a private retreat right by the pool. The room itself was beautifully decorated with a refined sense of style, and every amenity felt intentional and well thought out. From start to finish, this hotel hit it out of the park. Can’t wait to return!

Was excited to see that the Shelborne reopened “by Proper.” The rooms are really nice and comfortable. Great vibe at the pool, relaxing with great service. But the best part of our stay was definitely the food. I’m still thinking about the ceviches. Exciting to see a property like this in south beach.

Spent the weekend here with my husband and could not recommend this hotel more. We were able to bring our pup with us and were welcomed to our room with doggy bowls, treats, toys, and his very own shelbourne bandana! Great service and friendly staff!

I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff that made me feel welcome right away. The check-in experience was smooth and quick. The service across the property is top notch from lobby bars to service at the cabana and restaurant. Highly recommend!
