Environment: The hotel is located in South Beach. The beach is on the left side of the door, and the scenery is beautiful. The balconies of all hotel rooms are diagonally facing the beach. Facilities: The room is large, with a separate bedroom and an external leisure area, equipped with an induction cooker and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub to choose from. The disadvantage is that the facilities are a bit old, the shower head is very dirty, and the towels in my room are a bit dirty, rusty, etc. The washbasin is blocked and the water is draining very slowly. Service: The overall service is OK, not warm but not cold, American service is like that.

Very good hotel. Love the smell in the room and lobby. Expensive breakfast and beautiful beach. Overall good experience. Oh yes! Extremely confortable bed that I have ever slept.

Hotel location is very good, located in South Beach, walking distance from several net red restaurants, there are two swimming pools, and the hotel's own beach, hotel guests can use 2 beach chairs for free, and can get free of charge at the on-site restaurant. Cup of drink. The hotel only has valet parking, the cost is not low, but South Beach parking is expensive. The interior of the hotel is relatively clean and maintains a consistent standard. The beach is flat, but the waves are a bit big.

Beautiful hotel with clean spacious rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly upon arrival. However they wouldn’t accommodate an early check in and there was an incident where all of my friends luggage went missing due to the fact that the hotel staff switched rooms for her while we were away. It took over an hour and a half to locate which staff member did the move and where they placed her belongings because there was a shift change and lack of proper communication. Also be aware that the rooms with “private rooftop patio access” are in fact not private and easily accessible from other rooms because we had numerous items stolen such as a purse and Bluetooth speaker. After a night of worry we finally spoke to security in the morning when they arrived only to be told there are cameras all around the hotel but not there and there was nothing they could do except swap out her room.

This hotel is all about the design! Every corner is picturesque and worse Instagram! However rooms are tiny. The pool is great there and everything is in cute pink. You have to walk couple of blocks to get to the beach. And couldn’t find where is the hotel’s beach beds.

There is no problem in a twin room for a family of four. The bed is big enough. However, the space and passages in the room are very narrow. Generally, after the 24” suitcase is opened, there is no room to move around, which is a bit annoying. The waiters are very welcoming and helpful. The most surprising thing is that the hotel has free bicycle rentals, which can be borrowed for up to 2 hours a day. Our family of 4 borrowed 4 bicycles and cycled around South Beach, which we found to be a very worthwhile activity.

Originally expected to be very high, this price is a bit sorry

The hotel’s commitment to being dog-friendly was remarkable, and our pet felt right at home from the start. Beyond the pet-friendly aspect, the hotel itself was a true delight. The pool area offering a refreshing escape with nice music. The rooms were consistently clean, and the pleasant scent that permeated the hotel created a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. It was evident that the staff took great care to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests. As we returned for our third visit, our love for this place only grew stronger. If you’re seeking a dog-friendly haven where exceptional service, a beautiful ambiance, and pristine rooms converge, look no further. This hotel is an absolute gem that we can’t help but adore.

(38F) I stayed at Esme Miami Beach for one night before taking off on cruise. Wished I booked an earlier flight so I can venture out in the area. It's located right in the center of Espanola Way where there's a ton of food options and night scene in Art Deco district. The bellman helped and guided me straight to my room (sorry I can't remember his name but he was on staff 11/26 evening), he gave some pointers on food and beach within walking distance. The room size was perfect for me as I was traveling alone. Love the bathroom set and it was huge! I got up early to take advantage of their rooftop pool. It was relaxing as it was clean and quiet. I later grab lunch at their bar/cafe there also. Before heading to the cruiseport, I dropped my luggage off at the front desk to hold while I walked over to the beach which was like 5 mins away. I will definitely stay here again!
