Very convenient hotel for an early morning flight from MIA. Clean rooms and nice bar.

If you want a room near the airport, this place is perfect. It's clean and comfy. The extra touches are nice. I've never seen a whieboard or exercise equipment in a room before.

Not impressed at all

Very poor service, bad attitude. We booked a room with breakfast on Ctrip. We went to the breakfast room the next morning to show our room card, but they didn't check the record book. After breakfast, we wanted to leave, but they didn't let us go, saying that we didn't pay for breakfast. We were surprised. Did they run away? We showed him the Chinese and English version of the hotel confirmation letter, and he said that they didn't receive the notice of free breakfast. We could only find the check-in front desk again. The front desk said that when they checked in the night before, their hotel staff forgot to say that we had limited breakfast, probably only some simple breakfasts. Ctrip did not show that there was a limited breakfast when booking, and their front desk did not inform us that there was a limited breakfast. So far, their attitude was very bad, their eyes were very fierce, and they spoke loudly. We felt that there was no need to reason with these people anymore, and immediately paid and rushed to the cruise terminal, and complained to Ctrip for compensation (this is our right). The communication with Ctrip was very smooth, which made us feel the warmth from the brand enterprise, praise 👍. By the way, if we had seen on Ctrip that there was a limited breakfast, we would not have booked this hotel.

It's OK for a short stay at the airport, but not for a permanent stay. There is a free airport shuttle, but it's not as frequent as other hotels. Fortunately, it's 24 hours, so it's OK overall.

Overall it's OK. If you are a Chinese person staying here, it's about 15-30 minutes away from a Chinese restaurant.

Convenient for transfers, average hotel, the room was not cleaned the first time

I arrived at midnight and they treated me very well, very friendly and helped me order food. I highly recommend it.

Very satisfied, but there are no restaurants nearby

The location is close to the airport. The room is quite big, the bed is 1.5 inches, the bathroom has a glass door, and there are yoga mats and other things in the room. The hygiene is pretty good, cleaner than the Hilton downtown, hahaha. You can order food in the restaurant. The one we bought included two breakfasts. On the third morning when we checked out and caught our flight, the waiter packed it for us. We liked it, but the toast was a little burnt on both days.
