There were roaches in my room , i spoke to the front desk and they had security come kill a roach that was on the wall , i took pictures and made videos on Roaches running around my room. I’m also waiting for the manner to respond back to my email due to me requesting of 3 days worth of my money back. Other than that the customer service was beauty and the works were nice

The air conditioner is very noisy, the bathroom is not ventilated, the exhaust sound is very loud, I changed the room, the air conditioner cannot be turned on, the elevator glass is broken, the quilt is also bad, I was so angry, I booked 3 days, had to cancel two days, and ended up deducting money. Ctrip said that they hired an agent and would not give me a refund, which directly affected my mood.
