Amazing hotel, amazing service and amazing staff. Perfect location.

It's a 3-minute walk to Milan Cathedral, and it's quiet in the bustling area next to the tourist attraction. I stayed here for two nights and the overall experience was very good. I will come back next time if I have the chance!

The rooms in foreign countries are generally small. It was good to travel abroad during the May Day holiday. The service was very good, the customer service was very gentle, and the overall feeling was good. But it was a holiday. The price is still a bit high

Although the room size is small compared to Park Hyatt in China, it is quite spacious in Milan. The public area is more European in design, the rooms are relatively modern and simple, and the dressing room and toilet are not very convenient to be combined. The service is thoughtful and the breakfast is not bad.

It's pretty good. The hotel's airport drop-off service is also OK.

The hotel is located next to the cathedral, in an excellent location. The rooms are very comfortable, very clean, and the layout is very reasonable and spacious. There are bathtubs and showers. I highly recommend it! There is no free bottled water in the room, which I have to complain about.
