Kyukamura Minami-Awaji

We stayed in a Japanese-style room. There was no shower room in the room, which made us extremely troubled. It was extremely inconvenient to have to take a bath in a public bathhouse. Next time we stay, we may choose a Western-style room.  The room looks out to the beautiful outdoor environment

The hotel room is large and well-arranged. The breakfast and dinner meals are buffet style and there is plenty of food.

I arrived early so I went to the front desk to ask if I could check in early, but the male staff member's attitude was so bad that I felt bad from the start. He didn't seem busy and I was just asking normally, but he didn't even look at me. Why did he treat me like that? I've never been treated like that even at a business hotel. I came from far away and paid a lot for the best fugu course, but I won't go again. The view from the open-air hot spring was so nice, so it's a shame.

It was my first time on Awaji Island, but I had a very meaningful time. The hotel was on a hill, so the view was great. The quality of the spring water in the bath was good, and the view from the open-air bath was very soothing. The food was buffet and there were many kinds and colors, so it was fun not only to eat but also to choose. I thought it was nice that the welcome soup, not just the welcome drink, was made with onions, which is typical of Awaji Island. This was so delicious that I bought it at the store. I would like to use it again when visiting Awaji Island.

When I took out my Q card after checking in, the man at the front desk confidently said, "Customers can't use it for reservations made through Rakuten Travel." Perhaps because I'm also timid, I was strangely convinced, saying, "Well, there were times when I didn't get points on different routes before, but was it the same this time?" . "Did you notice after making the bill after dinner?" . There is a phone in the room saying "I made a mistake"! How to say it with confidence! Do not be silly!

I don't know if there are any tidying advisors, but it's amazing how easy it is to do DIY. I've seen hooks and slippers on the back of the door in the public bath elsewhere. There is a hot water basket in the room, which is convenient for bringing towels to the public bath, and there is also an insect repellent ground in the room, and although it is a Japanese-style room, there is an extension cord. I'm happy to be able to charge my smartphone, camera, and WiFi all at once by my bedside. Even when it comes to eating, a rubber band to fasten a yukata can be very helpful. There were free drinks and ice on the first floor, which was helpful. I couldn't see the observatory because of the rain, but the planetarium has a feature that allows you to adjust the angle of the night sky in various ways and select stars, probably because of the amazing AI these days. It's free and starts at 8pm. About 40 minutes? You can walk to the beach in the morning and on Saturdays and Sundays from 7am for a walk. Safe driving is all about warming up.
