The view was beautiful, the stay was great, the place was clean. Has fridge and washing machine which was very convenient. There's a store line below,lots of places to eat and shop. Very easy to find.

The room is clean and tidy, the boss is kind. I went to the wrong building at first, and the boss came to show me the way. The room is on a high floor, and the whole Fuzhou High-tech Zone is outside the white screen window. This bird's-eye view is really amazing, especially at night, it feels like being on the Oriental Pearl Tower on the Bund in Shanghai. With this view and this price, I feel like I got it. There are all kinds of milk tea shops, hot pot restaurants, convenience stores, and Internet cafes in the entire commercial street downstairs, and the transportation is convenient, not far from the subway entrance. I added the boss on WeChat and will come to this restaurant next time.

The B&B in the apartment building is dirty and messy. There is a kitchen but no kitchenware, no microwave, etc., and you can't even heat up takeout. There is no TV, so the elderly can't play with their phones. There is no room cleaning. I stayed for four days and the room was not cleaned once. The bedding and sanitary ware are at the level of a hotel worth dozens of yuan. In short, I will not stay here again.

1. It is a soho and a public door divides two rooms. The soundproofing of the room is very poor.

I can only say that this is the most comfortable place I have ever stayed in Fuzhou. The scenery is first-class, the field of vision is wide, and there is a 100-inch giant screen. The boss gave me a membership. I watched a movie and saved the money for buying movie tickets. There are all kinds of delicious snacks in the pedestrian street downstairs. It was a very good experience.
