Хотим выразить огромную благодарность и низкий поклон руководству, администраторам, службе банкета, отделу бронирования, шеф-поварам и всем трудящемся на благо сетей отелей ”Виктория” за сказку, воплотившуюся в жизнь! 23 сентября 2023 года мы отмечали свадьбу в банкетном зале ”Сапфир” в Виктория SPA. Это великолепное место с панорамными окнами, светлое, романтичное, просторное. Блюда были просто выше всех похвал: изысканные, свежие, нестандартные. Стол просто ломился от яств, что не могло порадовать гостей и соответственно нас, молодожен, которые переживали за все. Но с сетью данного отеля можно быть спокойными, все сделают по первому классу. Бронировали в Виктория SPA 3 номера: один для себя и 2 для родителей. Так сложились обстоятельства, что появилась необходимость раннего заселения хотя бы в один из номеров. Позвонив в отдел бронирования, к сожалению, мне отказали, сказав, что отель полностью укомплектован. Но каково было мое удивление, когда мне перезвонили через некоторое время и предложили 3 номера в соседнем отеле ”Виктория” с номерами более высшего ранга LUX для родителей и для молодожен огромные апартаменты APA на целый этаж (мы там даже потерялись), с прекрасными видами на Комсомольское озеро и Парк Победы. Как позже шутили с мужем, что попали в номер Киркорова, особенно, когда после свадьбы он был усеян цветами).Наши родители были в восторге от 2-х комнатных люксов со всеми удобствами, не хотели выезжать. А в наших огромных апартаментов мы встречались уже тремя семьями и беседовали по душам. А завтраки в отеле просто выше всех похвал: сбалансированные, с большим разнообразием, свежие, вкусные, чувствуется, что сделано с душой для любимого гостя. Мы даже не пытались сделать рекламу отелю, отель сам все сделал за себя, точнее, люди, которые работают там. Учитывая, что наша свадьба была интернациональной, то гости, которые были впервые в Беларуси, однозначно захотели вернуться сюда снова, а те, кто живет, захотели праздновать свои дни рождения только в зале ”Сапфир”. Даже оценка маленького 5-летнего ребенка о многом говорит, которая заявила, что ее свадьба обязательно будет здесь) На второй день посетили с мужем SPA, - и окунулись в рай). Прозрачная крыша над бассейном добавляет изысканности и огромное количество естественного света, что не может не дарить ощущения отдыха на островах) Дорогие, уже не побоюсь этого слова, наши! Еще раз благодарим Вас за прекрасные мгновения, понимание, собранность, услужливость, настоящее белорусское гостеприимство! Горжусь, что в моей стране настолько радушные хозяева! My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? Bed and pillows are comfortable, the sauna is modern, sleep quietly even with open window (street is not central), slippers, coat. Candey is not boring. Clean. But here's the closet - neither embedded nor normal - in the room. Hey-God! Only the hanger at the entrance and three shoulders on it roll. Everything (see appended photo). Here we did not expect ... (We then explained that the building was originally built not under the hotel, that before that here the luxury-priton was with ”massage offices,” and then the authorities closed it and forced to reprofile. ) There is a parking your own protected, under the slagbaum. Free, by the way. The weak place they have is breakfast, of course. All the dishes that are thought to be hot (cash, sausages, eggs, omlet, etc.) in fact - how would it be elegant to express? ”cool. And it's even though underneath them all candles stand. And the point is a little. On the first day we came an hour before breakfast time, so they had cheese out. (”Everything ate,” as explained to us. ) And tea cups too (have they eaten too?). And on the second day there was totally no black tea. At the same time, it was in our room. I went up just up and brought. And I got a bag and the girls at the restaurant: If anyone else would ask? They still have no creep or kefir for breakfast. Like class. Here are the cinemas and the Germans simple. But we have organized a wonderful review of Minsk, and thank you for that, relatives! Now understand why ”four” with tension?

Stayed here for nearly one week. It’s a quite new and modern hotel. The luxury rooms were big and spacious. The hotel staff were helpful and nice. The hotel has a big swimming pool and sauna. This hotel has some challenges with coordination of their airport taxi service. I feel the hotel staff can improve in this area, and therefore I give it only 4 stars. For example, I pre-ordered airport pickup from the hotel. When I arrived, no taxi was there and I called the hotel to ask where my taxi was. To be honest, the hotel was perceived as quite uninterested to help. Eventually the hotel gave me the taxis registration number and told me to go out on the parking space and search for it myself!! I felt that was quite rude and unprofessional. Besides, I have never experienced that a traveler is expected to leave the airport and search for the taxi on the parking space. Turned out that the taxi was late and wasn’t even at the airport by that time.

Very cozy room, excellent service, everything is arranged with attention to detail. Rest with comfort! Very clean, pleasant smell, everything works well. Very pleasant girls on the respiratory ☺️ Cafe, related to the hotel, also rejoiced with good service and delicious dishes.

Stop at the Bouth Hotel in June 2023. The impressions of accommodation remained only positive. Very welcoming staff, needed to extend the room until the evening, went to the meeting extended, one local truth, but we were very satisfied. We lived in a family room, clean cozy, everything worked. Cleaned well. Water, tea, coffee all report every day. The bathroom has all the necessary toothbrushes, shaving machines, hairdressers, helms, champagne, air conditioner, lavatory. The hotel is good noise insulation. The location of the hotel is just a chic practically center. We didn't wish to choose this hotel.

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

From the pluses: + Beautiful view on the river + Delicious breakfast + Available bicycle rental + Delicious cocktails in the bar And everything would be great if not one but, we came to celebrate my birthday. Every year I celebrate it on trips to all kinds of hotels and always get at least a little attention sign, and most often congratulations all day. For me, it is not a question of cake in the room, but a indicator of the hotel's relationship to customers. We had a late departure and when a couple of hours before leaving the hotel there was no congratulations, I came to the resepshen to ask. After my question, “Is something on my birthday?” the staff began to convince me that from the morning they would bring a chiccake / sparkling (then they didn't agree) and everything would be super. In my answer that my birthday today and for me, apparently made an exception , without bringing anything, said , “that they are not responsible for congratulating the guests, that is done by someone else.” I have not heard even the elementary “birthday” from the hotel staff on my birthday. How carefully the hotel will treat me next time I don't have a special day - a rhetorical question for me. Likewise, when I approached the respiratory from the morning, asked when the beauty self opens, I was told ”we do not answer for them, they come somewhere to 11-12 hours.” When I approached the hour to the salon, there was a photo session of the model, apparently for the social networks. On my question, ”Can they wash and dry my hair” the staffer rolled his eyes and quietly told the administrator that she was planning to drink coffee and hair and I was offered to come an hour through 2-3 when I was already very uncomfortable. Usually, in all hotels with hands and feet are ready to pick up the customer, but apparently not here. I bet 4, because birthday once a year and not for all guests it is relevant. And location, breakfast, rooms are wonderful.

All good time of day! Today I write a review about the Maaal hotel in 2**. I will not write much, one word about the main in my opinion! :) I will say at once, we chose this hotel not by chance, because before that we stayed in another hotel of the IT network and we really liked everything! Here the exact hit of the price and quality and places Better! It is important! Well, we stayed with the family for one night. What was important for us: it was a hotel with two rooms, that is, there are life cases, that for understandable reasons, all guests can't sleep in one room. Here, as I said, two rooms! That is, you actually save on an extra room. The room itself is simple but very clean and as my dad said, “With lush, white beds”:)).In the room, I will immediately say, there is no teapot and refrigerator! But at that hotel 2 stars. In the morning, we went for breakfast (yes, breakfast is included, And for us it was very important). Breakfast - perfect!!! ... Believe, not in all 3 stars, there will be such choice and the main thing, on which I drew attention, it is the purity of tables, the choice of diverse dishes for breakfast and, noticed that the fast-destructive products such as the tortogether, Eggs and etc. were in small refrigerators, but not cute? ! Yes, forgot to say about the location of this hotel - behind the city, next to - IT technologies park. But! What air there 👌, after all around the pine:) One word - worthy!!!

I have been travelling Europe on a budget since July 2020. Also been to Turkey, Dubai and now in the US. I have now stayed in the Hampton Minsk on two separate occasions and both times have been excellent. Check-in and out both times were easy and pleasant. The rooms excellent. The receptionists spoke great English, a Godsend to a person who is trying to learn Russian, but getting nowhere fast. If the future of Belarus is to become more European and attract tourists to it, then this hotel is the standard every hotel should aspire to. Not only that, I will look at other Hampton's in the chain as I continue my travels. I hope the consistency is there, if not then this hotel is where budding Hampton Hotel managers should visit to see how the standard can be achieved. Great job!

For the price it is really good. We stayed in a family room and it was spacious, with more than enough clothes and stuff storage options. I didn't like the breakfast thougg (served at the cafe next door at extra charge). The area is not in the downtown but easy to commute.
