We had a late departure and when a couple of hours before leaving the hotel there was no congratulations, I came to the resepshen to ask. After my question, “Is something on my birthday?” the staff began to convince me that from the morning they would bring a chiccake / sparkling (then they didn't agree) and everything would be super. In my answer that my birthday today and for me, apparently made an exception , without bringing anything, said , “that they are not responsible for congratulating the guests, that is done by someone else.” I have not heard even the elementary “birthday” from the hotel staff on my birthday. How carefully the hotel will treat me next time I don't have a special day - a rhetorical question for me. Likewise, when I approached the respiratory from the morning, asked when the beauty self opens, I was told ”we do not answer for them, they come somewhere to 11-12 hours.” When I approached the hour to the salon, there was a photo session of the model, apparently for the social networks. On my question, ”Can they wash and dry my hair” the staffer rolled his eyes and quietly told the administrator that she was planning to drink coffee and hair and I was offered to come an hour through 2-3 when I was already very uncomfortable. Usually, in all hotels with hands and feet are ready to pick up the customer, but apparently not here. I bet 4, because birthday once a year and not for all guests it is relevant. And location, breakfast, rooms are wonderful.

Great location, walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Parking opposite. Spacious rooms, just a tired renovation, would refresh. Old plumbing, furniture. Breakfast was not taken, nothing to say.

Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

My wife and I stayed in this hotel in early August. For two nights. Standard room. Well, what can I say? The hotel has not Spa , swimming pool but there are 3 stars employee . All My negative feelings were finished regarding their service . The Gold star employee is hotel Manager Alexander , Silver star employee restaurant Manager Egor and star employee who names Kate , She is senior Housekeeper. They are the real heroes of the hotel, they deserve appreciation for their service, positive approach, and outstanding effort to solve problems. Normally, a star becomes a star in a workplace, and he or she saves that business, but when two star employees come together, they save the country. In rare cases, if three star employees come across the same shift, they can change the whole world with their excellent service and friendly approach.
