How carefully the hotel will treat me next time I don't have a special day - a rhetorical question for me. Likewise, when I approached the respiratory from the morning, asked when the beauty self opens, I was told ”we do not answer for them, they come somewhere to 11-12 hours.” When I approached the hour to the salon, there was a photo session of the model, apparently for the social networks. Nice hotel with modern look in the city of Minsk. Its close to everything you need. The rooms are good and clean. Unfortunatley, there is no SPA or pool in this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. Sometimes it can be difficult to speak in English with some of them.

Close to metro station and opposite of the park which makes it a nice walk. Next to shopping malls and restaurant. Hotel is not brand new and has an antique 70's feel to it which is fabulous. Bed is comfortable and contains all necessary amenities. Nothing bad to say about this hotel- love the souvenir shop which makes things easy should you forget to purchase gifts....all in all- happy with this hotel in beautiful Belarus

The hotel has not Spa , swimming pool but there are 3 stars employee . All My negative feelings were finished regarding their service . The Gold star employee is hotel Manager Alexander , Silver star employee restaurant Manager Egor and star employee who names Kate , She is senior Housekeeper. They are the real heroes of the hotel, they deserve appreciation for their service, positive approach, and outstanding effort to solve problems. Normally, a star becomes a star in a workplace, and he or she saves that business, but when two star employees come together, they save the country. In rare cases, if three star employees come across the same shift, they can change the whole world with their excellent service and friendly approach. The view were so nice when it was snowing. rooms are warm and comfortable. Room service and reception are kind. The only thing makes us upset that this order doesn’t contain breakfast, and we should pay it every morning. To be honest, the breakfast was a little bit expensive than other hotel.
