Not sure where to start. Bedding had not been changed. Hairs in bed and on pillow. The bottom sheet showed the impression of a previous guest and the duvet had a large tear in it. Only one hand towel between us both. Went to reception who moved us and said they would put us in a room that they know would've been cleaned properly - what a statement! Second room was ok, although only one bath towel for us to share. The toilet pans in both rooms were disgusting one with faecal matter in it. Reception apologised again and blamed the cleaning products. The location is good, plenty of parking but we won't be returning as Premier Inn has not invested in staff training and clearly doesn't value it's guests.

There was only 1 hand towels in the bathroom so I had to go and ask for another as there were 2 of us in the room for 2 nights. The kettle stopped working, I think it may have been the fuse not 100% sure and had to ask for another one. There was only 1 cup and there were 2 of us in the room, so I had to go and ask for another one, the tea & coffee etc was in reception for some reason! The bathroom wasn’t as clean around the shower enclosure and the toilet flush was a bit hit and miss and you could hear it dripping. The quilt has a blood stain on it! There was a bank of plug sockets under where the TV was but no table for you to put items on to use them. The worst of it was the fire alarm going off twice on the first day during the day and then at 7am on the second day, with no staff on our floor only in reception, so I went down to ask if it was a false alarm and “Sammy” seemed to think it was funny that it was a false alarm due to someone burning the toast in the pub that is attached! Not very professional at all.

We Had an accessible room, very clean, comfortable large double bed and plenty of room for a wheelchair to manoeuvre, the bathroom was large enough for manoeuvring a wheelchair. And easily accessible bath with shower over it, and plenty of secure grab bars, price was reasonable, The only downside was the disappointingly cold ingredients of the self service breakfasts, on both mornings, we expected it to be hotter considering we got there as soon as they were putting the food out, I am assuming it was standing in the kitchen for some time between cooking and serving, it would have helped also if the plates were warm,

Rooms were good, food was terrible, overpriced. Everything was unavailable. Service was mediocre, breakfast was alright but expensive you should go to McDonald’s which is close to eat. I would advise not to come here unless for 1 night come and go I will never come again.

Why do they have a machine instead of a human to check you in! The machine was not working so Stephen came out and checked me in and that was SO much better than a QR code machine that wasnt working waste of money having visited here in the last decade am not sure I will be back as no human no stay

Our hotel chain of choice, we found the usual high standard. However, because I don't walk at all well I telephoned and asked to be not too far from reception. I was offered an accessible room on the ground floor, which proved to be only a couple of rooms down the corridor, 'TICK' The room, No12, was EXCELLENT, and although I am only partially disabled, I can commend it to anybody who uses a wheelchair. The bed was, I am fairly sure, wheelchair height, certainly lower than a normal PI bed. The bathroom was excellent, a full wet room with ample grab bars and fences and a robust shower seat. It had both rainfall and hand-held jets to the shower. The bathroom door was sliding and wide, so no navigating round an intrusive door. There was a violet night light in the bathroom, so with the door left open it was easy to see to get out in the night. There were multiple call points round the facility, including one on one side of the bed. However the one next to the toilet was missing its button cord, so deduct a point, especially as the toilet is a common place to suffer a heart attack! Altogether VERY impressed!

The room and bed gave me a relaxed feeling and a good night sleep. The cooked breakfast was as expected and the staff at the restaurant both during breakfast and dinner were helpfull and friendly. I will return to this hotel in the near future.

The location was great. We could easily get to places on the Isle of Thanet. The family room that we had was well positioned on the ground floor and right at the end. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It wasn't too noisy despite it being almost fully booked. The beds were very comfortable and restaurant was lovely especially the breakfasts.

Review on the restaurant only as we visited for an evening meal. It was busy but didn't feel crowded. Food was quickly served and was hot and reasonably priced. Staff worked quickly and efficiently. Parking good. Would use this again for meals if in the area.
