"We booked this hotel at short notice and overall were very pleased with it however there were a few issues and as I can’t seem to find anywhere to tell anyone what they were I will put them here. There was only one bath towel in the room. The shower screen did not have a bottom seal and the showerhead was squirting water all over the place from above the head due to a faulty seal. It should be quite obvious to any area manager that the outside areas are filthy and quite obvious that where rain does not wash walls you do need to sweep them off once or twice a year. Other than that, the breakfast was lovely and we had no problems."

"This is far better than a Premier Inn or Holiday Inn, it is spotlessly clean, quiet, the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, they were fun and attentive to our needs and nothing was to much trouble. There are one or two things that need addressing, the sink in the bathroom is extremely slow to empty, whilst an evening meal is offered it isn't brilliant...the chips are nice with the mayonnaise. Breakfast is extremely filling and very tasty and caters for everyone's taste. The cost is very reasonable and knocks the opposition for six....Well done Travelodge, you need to pat your staff/colleagues on the back for doing such a good job and being so caring they have done you proud!!!"

Travelodge Hotel - Ramsgate Seafront

"Brilliant position overlooking the marina. Plenty of little bars and restaurants close by. With the best Weathspoon right on the beach. Buses to the other resorts to the side. Multi story car park right next door which cost us £9 for 24 hours. Best to download the app on the side of the machine which we found easy to work as I’m an OAP. and you can extend the duration from your phone without going to the car park. Upstairs is locked at night which suited us as we didn’t use the car for two days. Overall it’s a lovely little town with the high street just behind the hotel. Well worth a visit. "
