The bathroom is clean and the bath towels are still very white. The bedding is also clean, the microwave oven and refrigerator are standard, the window is double-glazed, so although facing the street, the noise is not big, and the reception is very polite. The downside is that the window air conditioner is noisy. It may affect guests with poor sleep quality. The breakfast variety is simple!

Stayed here for three nights. Really nice property with spacious, clean rooms. We slept in so can comment on the complimentary breakfast. Nice outdoor area with pool, hot tub, and barbecue area. Convenient location to I-90 with lots of shopping and dining within a few miles. Only complaint was the room itself had some odors. The main area smelled like some type of cleaner….perhaps a deodorizing filter in the air conditioner and one bedroom had a very musty smell.

I was an employee for the Home2Suites for many years and understand the importance of customer service and attitude with the Hilton properties. My husband is disabled and after a long day of driving, we called down to the lobby to ask if one of the employees could bring us a couple of plates and silverware to allow us to enjoy our snack before bed. I was in my pajamas and thought this to be a simple request. The clerk that answered the telephone stated, ”we just don't do that. You will have to come to the lobby and get them”. My husband went down to the lobby and found the three clerks sitting at one of the restaurant tables, laughing with their cell phones. When he asked for the plates and silverware, he was met with an attitude like it was a pain to serve a customer. When I worked for Hilton, every request was accomodated, over and above, and with a smile! Our room was way overpriced as a Garden Inn property and not the room we had requested. Unfortunately, it was not a good experience for us and we will not stay in this Hilton property again. I wish I had read the reviews before booking at this hotel. The Marriott is just across the street and I will try that property.

The lobby was amazing on entry and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Ended up needing to room change three times due to extreme uncleanliness. The first room I was in I had full cookies and Cheez-Its on the floor between the bed and behind the chair / hide a bed in the corner. It's the second room was much nicer with a balcony. Upon inspection the countertops were covered with sugar and spilled liquid that had dried and congealed and there were oily figure prints on the table tops. The refrigerator was full of melted ice cream and old coffee in an open container. The third room I was in had way for cookies underneath the bedspreads on the floor along with broken pieces of rather thick plastic everywhere. When the chair in the corner was moved there was popcorn spread all over the floor and the bedspread that was underneath the shamed protect it was covered in un-laundered spilled food.
I booked through chip and was not able to cancel my booking due to the prepayment, or I absolutely would have, if you have children or animals that you concerned of allergies I would recommend you not stay.

For a budget hotel it was comfortable and convenient. After staying in national park lodges, it was a step up at half the price. Check in clerk very helpful. Breakfast had choices but was not the highlight of the stay. It is 10 minutes from the airport and less than 5 minutes from the interstate

Really enjoyed my stay here it is a pristinely clean hotel. I had two seven year olds with me and my neighbors complained of them being loud. the walls are extremely thin because my children were on the bed and one got up to go to the bathroom and caused both sides of us and below us to complain to the front desk. Has no reflection on the hotel itself, but if you have children I would request the first floor. Loved it! definitely staying there again!

GGuest UserBeds were comfortable, our room was next to the laundry and was noisy early in the AM. Shower had black curly hairs on the wall, pool had so much chlorine, your skin burned. Coffee at breakfast was disgusting. Truck stop coffee is better than that stuff.

BBIN[Location] is complete and convenient. There are many hotels in the suburbs of Missoula, many hotels around the city, Starbucks, etc. Many of Starbucks' waiters are very enthusiastic and energetic. They provide various help and guidance during the exchange. Many fast food restaurants are very close to Highway 90. They are suitable for a round trip to and from Yellowstone/Seattle. You can get on the i-90 highway when you get off early. [Service] The front desk is relatively enthusiastic. If there are many customers, it may be normal. When I left, I went to the front desk to explain that I needed to make a receipt. The grandmother said ok. I looked up and found other tourists behind me. I was told that you can go online to download. I am speechless. [Facilities] Room facilities are relatively new, kitchen The tools are very complete, the dining cabinets are large, very convenient, the bed is as soft and comfortable as ever, the bathroom toilet, the wash basin are very clean and new, four-and-a-half satisfaction; [other] convenient parking, convenient travel, although surrounding A little bit of desolate feeling, but the purpose is the transit station for long-distance travel, eating and drinking are very good, overall satisfaction. Already two round-trip stays.

GGuest UserIn Missoula for the class A basketball tourney. Got a room at the Quality Inn. Check in went smooth enough, but upon entering the room, it REEKED of cigarette smoke. We called the front desk, as we thought we got a non smoking from. The guy working the front desk, identified himself as “Cannon”, was very rude and condescending when we called and told him of the problem. Told us it was a non smoking hotel and that somebody before us must have smoked in the room. Like I said, he was rude and condescending and offered no solution to the issue. We requested he send housekeeping to try and do something about the smell, but he said there was no house keeping working. Told us all rooms were sold, and basically we had to just live with it. We will never stay there again and won’t recommend anybody stay there either. When my wife went t down to talk to him more about the issue, he hid in a back room and wouldn’t come out to talk to her until another guest walked in. He gave her him first name, and refused to give his last name. Very bad experience for me and my family.

GGuest UserWe changed our Vacation Plans at the last minute, and booked this Econo lodge with Choice Privilege Points. Location is great, check in by Toni was fast and efficient. We had a large, clean, 2 queen bed room with hardwood floors, large vanity outside the bathroom, Fridge, Coffeemaker, comfortable bed and pillows, white linens and towels. The only reason I didn't give it a better score was the breakfast, pretty skimpy with donuts, yogurts, cereals, and breads. We would stay again.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for 1 night whilst on our holiday in the USA from Australia. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was quite spacious. The motel shares a carpark with McDonalds that gets quite busy, but the check in clerk informed us that we should park on the other side of the motel to avoid this, so we did. There was a good selection of breakfast options available. Cleaners could pay a bit more attention to detail as we found a couple of things from a previous guest. Soft drink in the fridge and some socks on the floor. Otherwise fine. The property is close to a train line so the horn woke us up couple of times. The room did not have a microwave but the communal dining area had one we were able to use. The WIFI hopped off every time my phone locked so I had to keep re connecting if I went out anywhere and came back. A little annoying but easily solved. Overall a good overnight stay here at Days Inn Missoula.

GGuest UserThe Motel 6 on University is a clean and affordable stay in Missoula. The beds were tidy and the sheets were clean and stain free. Housekeeping staff takes their jobs seriously, as the tub was definitely scrubbed nice and clean. It is in a great area, close to downtown and near a bunch of places to eat. They allow pets which is amazing and have a nice area for pet relief. It is a clean, cozy motel that doesn't break the bank. Wonderful and friendly staff, would definitely stay again.
