The room was too close to the road for the first night and did not rest. The problem was solved by changing the room for the next two nights. There are relatively few hotels in this place, and there are many people on weekends.

one of the best hotels i have every been to, this hotel raises the bar for the competition. The interiors, rooms were modern and top notch quality, i felt like staying there for days. This is an amazing surprise from Residence inn, never seen this level of quality hotels in US.

Lobby bar never opened, showerhead in room was corroded and dirty, street noise was out of control. Breakfast was basic

Best hotel ave state at no long time. Only problem is they didn't have the staff To run the bar on Saturday night and at $400 a night I prefer to not hear their staffing issues

This hotel is AMAZING! The minute my daughter and I walked in, we felt valued. The desk staff was friendly and attentive. The lobby decor is high end and classy. The room was beautiful and looked out over downtown Missoula. The neighboring restaurants and shops provided everything we needed. Added bonus was super nice and friendly valet service so as to not bother parking downtown! We will definitely stay again!

Location was great. Staff was all very friendly. I was impressed with the staff I saw and their work ethic. Hard workers and friendly! Seemed authentic. Breakfast was nice. Lots of people enjoying it as well. Tables were full and didnt get cleaned very often though. Our room was very clean and quiet. There was some wear on the couch, but i tried to ignore it;) The hotels vibe with decor was on point. Thank you for making it a great stay. Home away from home❤
