Fantastic hotel, perfect location for exploring Modena with 5 star amenities. However, it is the hotel staff that really makes the stay a 6 star experience! Special thank you to Andrea and Elbira for making our stay so wonderful. Look forward to returning soon!

Very nice hotel, beautifully maintained with friendly, professional and incredibly competent staff, and good breakfast. The room we stayed in could do with proper sound insulation as we could hear everything happening in the street, and the room decor was a bit bare, it could do with a more generous sofa, a desk, a comfortable chair etc, but overall very pleasant

This hotel is incredible. The room was divine with high ceilings, tall doors, and beautifully decorated (including the painted ceilings) to give the utmost feeling of elegance. Every detail is thought of in providing a wonderful stay. Having the mini fridge was very nice. The bathroom was amazing, including all the amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed the jetted tub and getting out into the luscious robe. I cannot say enough good things about Andrea. He was fantastic and thoughtful of every possible need. He went out of his way to provide incredible service. Absolutely recommend this hotel for the service, room, and location to many sites in Modena.

This is a fantastic hotel. The rooms are large, the amenities are great, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. A special thank you to Andrea for the most hospitable check in and out experience. Can’t wait to come back again. First hotel I’ve ever seen with a pillow menu!

Great location, easy walk to most anywhere in Modena city center. We stayed 6 nights. Relatively quiet, good breakfast with lovely staff. Had an unfortunate situation where money was stolen while we popped down to the bar for a drink after a long day. Had to ask where the laundry we had sent out was and they said the lady would be bringing it up right away. I had left my bag on the bed. When I came back, laundry was on the bed, and when I realized I had left my bag there I immediately unzipped it to find my wallet was left un-zipped and about €150 missing. She didn’t take it all, and she forgot to zip up the wallet. When I reported it to main desk they said they called her and of course she denied it. The assured me the manager would speak to me when he returned on Monday( this happened on a Saturday) Never happened. I had to just let it go. I NEVER leave anything out, and we left the room just to go down for a drink. I hope she put the $$ to good use, like maybe if she had children to care for. Otherwise this was a good stay.
