CX Modena Crocetta ★★★
"The newly opened hotel is large and clean, with a fairly extensive breakfast. It's very close to the train station; you can see the hotel from there. There's also a gym with foosball facilities."
Phi Hotel Canalgrande ★★★★
"The hotel's design is distinctly Italian, with walls adorned with Italian oil paintings. While the hotel appears to be well-maintained, peeling paint and other signs of age suggest it's somewhat dilapidated. The rooms have a retro feel, and the doors use rotary key locks instead of electronic locks. The location is advantageous due to its proximity to shopping streets and the Ferrari Museum. The price, including breakfast, is quite reasonable."
Lvg Hotel Collection - Principe ★★★★
"A bit small, otherwise okay, close to the train station"
Rmh Modena des Arts ★★★★
"The hotel is OK, but you need to buy water yourself, and the items in the refrigerator are all charged."
Hotel Europa ★★★
"An established hotel, not bad."
Best Western Premier Milano Palace Hotel ★★★★
"Hotel is fairly new. 10 minutes walking to old town where are all the historical sites and restaurant located. The restaurant next door offer very good food, if you do not want to walk to old town. You can choose your pillow which is pretty good. Bed is firm. The on5 complain I have is there is no electric pot for boiling water. The water from the coffee maker smell coffee, so not a good replacement."
B&B Hotel Modena ★★★
"This hotel Facilities: OK Hygiene: OK"
Hotel Real Fini Baia Del Re ★★★★
"I stayed for work. The rooms are clean and the hotel is also."
Raffaello ★★★★
"Don’t stay there!!!! In room: bad shampoo and worthless conditioner, might as well haven’t bothered. Aircon not possible to set the fan to a lower power. Breakfast: bad and grumpy service. Stayed for 2 night. No normal tea. No brea and only the choise of 3 whert2 were vanilla or decaf. No earl grey or breakfast tea. No muesli, no bread but hard and old. No fresh cout fruit but can fruit. All in all a very bad experience."

Emilia Suite Palace
Residence Antico Borgo
"We (a family of four) stayed at Antico Borgo for one night in August 2024, while traveling between Campania and Trentino. Our stay was wonderful, thanks both to the comfort provided by the property and to the courtesy and professionalism of Davide, who welcomed us. We were very impressed by the tranquility of the property, both the beautifully maintained garden and the room. We thank Davide for his availability, courtesy, and the love he puts into his work. He was truly attentive to our every need. We even left something in the room when we checked out, and he arranged to have it shipped to our home. I would definitely recommend staying at Antico Borgo, and we ourselves plan to return for a vacation in Emilia. Antico Borgo's location is enviable, being very close to the center of Modena, but above all, close to the main extra-urban roads and the highway. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom spacious, and the kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast or a quick lunch. The cleanliness was impeccable."
La Bella Modena Centro
"Chic room in center of town with modern facilities (big safe, spacious bathroom, well-functioning aircon and good internet) but unfortunately a tiny fridge that can't really store anything but a few cans and yet produces a lot of noise if you can't figure out how to turn it off. (Tip: difficult to see since everything is quite dark, the switch is on the left inside the fridge and there are three levels, the "off" mode is in the middle). There is also a common area in the basement for free coffee, tea and water. Try to get a room on the ground floor (still there were a few steps) if you don't want to carry luggage up the stairs. The view is the same garden/parking lot anyway. For parking, remember to book it in advance so one can be reserved on the secured premises for the night. After you check out, you will still nevertheless need to park the car on a street close by showing a sticker prepared for you and to be found in the room upon check-in. In May, street parking on same street was easy to find. As reception only runs for a short period of time in the morning, communication was done through email long in advance before the actual stay with full instructions and you will need to upload passport copies before security codes are given to you. A WhatsApp number was also provided and we used it to report a semi-clogging sink in our bathroom. Unfortunately they couldn't find a repairman to fix it for us though different staff did offer their apologies to us. Overall a very pleasant stay but expect some inconveniences as there was no reception most of the time. "
Albergo Moderno
"I went to this hotel with my girlfriend during our vacation in Modena. The hotel is located in a decentralized area of the city, in front of the hospital, but this should not discourage you, because in a few minutes by bus or car you can quickly reach the center. The staff is always very kind and helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is basic. The breakfast is also good and can be had in the bar below. Recommended especially for short stays and passing trips."
Vittorio Veneto 25
"Nice location, very responsive"
B&b Igea 50
"Gianna and Giuliano were beyond helpful and inviting. Gianna gave us great recommendations for lunch and dinner and even made restaurant reservations for us. She shared helpful information about the area, places to visit and specialties of the area. Her home was spotless and her breakfasts were unbelievable. She had nine homemade cakes/tortes. She also had homemade preserves, bread, fresh fruit and eggs. We had a wonderful stay!!"
Salotto Delle Arti
"A delicious stay in a magical setting. Charming rooms, a magnificent breakfast room, a very good breakfast and a very kind welcome by a very attentive young woman."
Central Park Hotel Modena
"Lovely location. Excellent staff. Very nice rooms. Close to the main piazzas. Excellent parking which I think was free. Loved this hotel with pleasant room with a balcony overlooking the road at the front which was quiet. Recommended. Perhaps some balcony furniture would have helped."
Villa Matildis
Hotel le Ville
"Nice hotel. Good price / value relation"
