We had such a lovely stay over the weekend! The owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming, even surprising us with a thoughtful little birthday gift — such a kind gesture! The breakfast was delicious, and our room was clean, tidy, and very comfortable. It’s also just a nice walking distance to the charming village nearby. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back! Stopped here for two nights in room 1. It is a ground floor room with en-suite shower which is well appointed and has all that is needed. There is a spacious dining room for breakfasts which are hearty and well done. On the first floor is a spacious lounge with TV, music and various games. The hosts George and Elena are friendly, welcoming and make you welcome.

Dropped lucky fining this place, I had a double room with en-suite. On arrival the host's were fantastic and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic quality and served to out personal preferences, there is a great guest lounge which worked well for our group to meet in before heading out. The bed in my room was super comfy as were the pillows, I had all the usual tea and coffee making things and appreciated the larger towels (not standard in a lot of places). George offered us secure parking for the bikes but mine was fine on the street, the accommodation was just a short walk to the center of Moffat. We had a great visit and will be back!

One of the best places to stay in Moffat that's our opinion, can't beat George and Elena hospitality such a wonderful and helpful couple and George's porage is just fab and wonderful full breakfast to plenty choice, beds comfy place is spotless lounge is fabulous we will be back xx

The most welcoming B&B I have stayed at. On arrival I was greeted by the owners who kindly let me stow my bike away, The breakfast was top notch and the owners were lovely. The rooms were spotless. The local area has plenty to offer the passer by or anyone wishing to stay a bit longer

Brilliant place to stay, location on edge of Moffat, 2 min walk to centre of town. Rooms very well presented, with lovely large communal sitting room, decor to a high standard. Breakfast was of very high standard, one of the best on a long time, overall George an his wife should be proud of what they have achieved in the 10 months since opening, well worth a visit.

An absolutely stunning house. Clean and warm. Perfect hosts, thank you George and Elena for going over the top to make sure we had all we needed and give us information on the local area and walks. The room was spot on!! Warm and very comfortable and clean, all we needed. And the breakfast was just the job!! Especially the porridge 😋..

Excellent from beginning to end,the host and his wife were both exceptional and warm welcome on arrival,throughout and as you next Super clean and warm double room and excellent breakfast……. I would have stayed an extra night but my onward journey was long enough…….brilliant
