The Hotel location is good, in town very central, boss is very friendly & polite, the bathroom had smart toilet, nearby got restaurant & mart, recommend!

Very central location. Owner was friendly and gave us frozen pear to try. Room was clean and warm at night. Bathroom have hot water and smart toilet. Would definitely recommend this place. :)

Easy to n from Mohe Rail stn. Cab to hotel in town n vice versa, Rmb 10/- each way. Food wise many family run eating houses. Shopping plentiful, esp dried goods n fruits in season. Hotel was ok. Staff friendly, helpful n accomodating to our requests. We were given a plate of cut frozen pear as welcome.
Only BIG dissappointment was the TV. Its was really stressful trying to get the TV to "work". Had to use 2 different TV remotes. Sometime both work sometimes both doesn't. Even the Boss had trouble getting it to work. He needs to resolve this issue, fast. Overall I give hotel a 9/10.

Positive: Convenient location. Room without window was super warm and had a modern bathroom. Helpful communication via WeChat.
To be improved: Sound insulation and some place to hang your towels in the bathroom.
Would stay again.

The room was well-equipped, with a smart toilet and curtains, and was clean and tidy. The hotel is also in a great location, not far from the Mohe Ballroom and nearby attractions, and is quite quiet. There's an elevator, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helped with our luggage. Mohe is close to many scenic spots.

Parking is available on the street directly outside the entrance, though it's not a parking space. When we arrived, there was only one space, one occupied by a cone, which we moved into. Upon entering, we learned it was reserved for guests, but we're not sure if it was reserved specifically for us (we'd requested a parking space in our reservation).
The elevator was quite unusual; it had sliding doors, a first for us.
The room was spacious, but the soundproofing was average. I encountered someone in another room who was shouting loudly, both in the evening and in the morning, seemingly battling the smart control system, which was quite disturbing. Also, there seemed to be a wedding on Monday morning, with a lot of noise and fireworks. It was a real disturbance.

The owner is very nice. Mohe is not a big city, but it is close to everything. There is a breakfast shop next to the door and a supermarket next door, so everything is convenient! We checked in at the North Star in Mohe and the Mohe Ballroom!
