"The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the business district with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and street food nearby. It's also within walking distance of Polaris Square and the Fire Memorial Museum. Parking is quite convenient, with options on the street and behind the building. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was super comfortable. The bathroom facilities were very new. The only minor quibble was that the smart curtains were a bit uncooperative; they didn't quite listen to commands! 😂"

"The hotel was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. The mattress was high and very comfortable, so I slept soundly. It's not far from Polaris Square and Mohe Dance Hall, and also very close to the Fire Memorial, but unfortunately, it was too late, and I didn't have time to visit."

"The hotel is located within the scenic area, very close to the northernmost post office and Seven Star Square. The owner was very welcoming and gave us tips on what to see and do. Dining options nearby are plentiful, and you can also order meals at the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Parking was convenient. When we checked out, the proprietress even gave us two bottles of blueberry juice – it was such a thoughtful gesture!"

"This hotel is truly fantastic! First off, the location is superb; it's less than a 15-minute walk to Beijixing Square. The breakfast, provided by the owner and served at a partnered small restaurant nearby, is really thoughtful and delicious. You can also eat other meals there; it's affordable and tasty. The place is spotlessly clean, fully equipped with smart home features, and the environment is excellent. The owner is currently installing a laundry room which will be ready in less than a month, making the facilities even better. Even without the dedicated laundry room yet, the owner still provided us with a washing machine. Parking in the courtyard is very convenient, and there are even slow-charging piles for EVs. Overall, it's an amazing place. We extended our stay for two more days right then and there, making it a total of three nights. Staying here made us fall in love with Mohe; we almost didn't want to leave! The only thing I hope the owner can improve is the unreliable mini-program for the slow-charging piles. It kept showing a normal connection, but the app just wouldn't recognize the car. I hope the owner can partner with a larger platform and install some more reliable charging stations, because honestly, this is a real drawback."

"The service attitude is not good, the breakfast is a mess, and the transportation is very inconvenient. For example, when asking the front desk whether there is a taxi service, or providing the driver's number, he will be cold-faced and refuse, as if you have a car, the inconvenience has nothing to do with him. Originally I went to their swimming pool, but I was told directly that it didn't exist and it wasn't open. In short, the check-in experience was extremely poor. They didn't even provide an extra bottle of water and had to pay extra. Please be careful to avoid this pitfall."

"The facilities were complete and thoughtful. The underfloor heating prevented the room from getting too dry, and a humidifier was provided. The bathroom also had a separate wet and dry area. There were many good restaurants nearby, making it convenient for sightseeing. It was a very unique guesthouse, exceeding my expectations. I felt the warmth of the people from Northeast China. "The room was very comfortable and clean and comfortable. Front desk very helpful and friendly (all of them). Breakfast was very nice and yummy. I booked private driver via hotel too, she is very nice and helpful for us. She help to took photos and explain about Mohe. My husband very enjoy the song on night. We will definitely back again !!"

"I always knew Qinglai Hotel was special. The owner offered thoughtful pick-up and drop-off service, and the rooms were immaculately clean, feeling brand new. In summer, the rooms were bathed in sunshine, feeling wonderfully fresh. The newly renovated environment was elegant and tasteful. The bedding was comfortable, and smart toilets and automatic curtains added to the convenience. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful, providing prompt transfers and even taking us to explore some hidden local gems. And the breakfast? It hands-down beat every other meal we had during our entire trip. What truly impressed us was what happened just before we left: we realized our child had left their watch in the owner's car. We were already almost out of the village, but the owner made a special trip, driving out to meet us and personally handing the watch to our child before returning. Their remarkable conscientiousness and sense of responsibility were deeply moving; even now, thinking about it warms my heart. When traveling with kids, losing things is a parent's biggest fear, so encountering such an owner made us feel incredibly lucky. Our trip became exceptionally perfect, all thanks to Qinglai Hotel!"

"Arctic Village does not allow private cars to enter the village at will during the peak season. This hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the village center. You can take the circle bus or sightseeing convertible. It is not convenient to go out. You need to wait for the circle bus. The hotel facilities are a bit old and there is no air conditioning. Although it was about 20 degrees in the mountains, I felt that the necessary facilities should be there. The room was relatively spacious, the bed was relatively comfortable, and the hygiene was good. However, I went too late and did not experience the hotel’s special massage and medicinal baths. Waiting for paid services."
