When you exit the elevator, it doesn't clearly indicate which side has odd or even numbers; it just shows the range of room numbers on each side, which made it easy to go the wrong way."

Three of the four elevators are broken. In the morning, I went downstairs at 7 o'clock because I was in a hurry to catch a bus. I waited for the elevator for ten minutes. The breakfast is average."

"This guesthouse is highly recommended! The owner, a 90s kid, is incredibly nice and welcoming. He showed us around the village for free and even provided a water-making machine. The rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, excellent facilities, and are fully automated – fantastic! I rarely leave reviews, but this one is amazing. Great environment, great owner, close to the center, and they also have a restaurant with authentic local cuisine and noodles – all delicious! Plus, guests staying at their guesthouse get a 20% discount at their restaurant – awesome!"

"Arctic Village is truly one of those places you'll regret *not* visiting, but regret *even more* if you do. As for this hotel, it's situated right in the middle of a bustling, incredibly noisy area. Outside, there were constant fumes, blaring horns, and street vendors shouting, all clearly audible even from inside our room. We were informed it wouldn't quiet down until 10 PM. The air conditioning in our room was absolutely dreadful; it provided no cooling whatsoever. I complained to the front desk, and they claimed they'd 'adjust' it. It did get slightly cooler for about half an hour, but then I was rudely awakened by the heat in the middle of the night. It's truly hard to put into words how disappointing the whole experience was. In the evening, there was a so-called 'bonfire party' in the nearby square, which was essentially just a giant public square dance with people shouting into microphones. If you're hoping to see the aurora borealis, forget about it; the bright lights completely obscured any chance of catching a glimpse. What should have been a serene village has been utterly ruined, turning into a chaotic mess. It was incredibly pointless and a total letdown."

"Arctic Village does not allow private cars to enter the village at will during the peak season. This hotel is about 4 kilometers away from the village center. You can take the circle bus or sightseeing convertible. It is not convenient to go out. You need to wait for the circle bus. The hotel facilities are a bit old and there is no air conditioning. Although it was about 20 degrees in the mountains, I felt that the necessary facilities should be there. The room was relatively spacious, the bed was relatively comfortable, and the hygiene was good. However, I went too late and did not experience the hotel’s special massage and medicinal baths. Waiting for paid services."
