"The room was spacious and very clean. Since it's newly opened, all the facilities were new, including a smart toilet. The room faced the sun, with a small birch grove outside the window. There was a wooden boardwalk where you could stroll or sit and have tea. The boardwalk had outdoor tables and chairs, and hanging baskets. The breakfast selection was plentiful, especially the various mixed vegetables, which were quite delicious. If you're driving, there's a parking lot right outside, as well as a small vegetable garden with tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, and even mushrooms, a specialty of Northeast China. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip."

GGuest UserCame here during the National Day holiday, and stayed right in the heart of the scenic area. No crowds, no traffic jams, just vibrant autumn foliage, bare white birch trunks standing tall and straight amidst the woods, and a lake as calm as a mirror, reflecting picturesque scenery. It's a view you truly need to see with your own eyes, one that brings peace to your heart. Staying here, the moment you open your eyes, the moment you step out, you're living in a painting, and that painting stays with you. Needless to say, the rooms were clean and hygienic. We booked different room types for our two-day stay, and each offered a unique view. The wide, floor-to-ceiling windows in the loft were absolutely stunning – I could have stared out of them for ages. The service was incredibly warm, and the amenities were comprehensive. The staff were enthusiastically helpful without being overbearing, the chartered driver was reliable, and the travel itinerary was thoughtfully planned. We even tried an electric-assist family bike for the first time. Plus, there were thoughtful souvenirs, exquisite and delicious breakfasts, unexpectedly tasty snacks, and a concert in the evening... Isn't this exactly what a vacation should be like?

CChiheyouwuThis is the first time in decades I've left a negative review on Ctrip, and this stay was an absolute nightmare, no exaggeration. I chose what's supposed to be the best hotel in Mohe, but I didn't get a wink of sleep. The hotel has large fans running at night, and lying in bed, my ear on the pillow, created a resonant effect with the noise (I wonder if anyone can understand or relate to that). I called the front desk to ask for a room change, but was told there were no other rooms of that type available. I said, 'If there's an issue with this room, it shouldn't be assigned!' Ultimately, no solution was found!!! The next morning, I had a splitting headache and tearfully complained to the front desk. They apologized and offered a late checkout until 2 PM, but my Ctrip benefits already allowed for a 2 PM checkout anyway!! I asked to speak to the front desk manager or lobby manager and was told the leaders weren't in... Again, no resolution! I had planned to stay three nights in Mohe, but ended up buying a flight to Harbin for that very day. My final checkout time was 3:30 PM. I was truly, truly, truly, truly, truly distraught! It's been two days since I arrived in Harbin and my head still hurts. Extremely disappointed! I hope the Ctrip platform can advocate for a loyal customer of decades. The photos are my own, taken directly at the large equipment downstairs that caused the noise. I showed them to the hotel front desk and suggested their managers stay one night to experience my suffering! They just chuckled and gave no response! I stayed in room 802.

CChangjiguangThe villa is immaculately clean and tidy, a perfect place to stay with children. Spread over two floors, it has three separate bedrooms, including one with a tea room—it's truly a delightful experience. Beyond the amenities, the host is incredibly kind! The young man was incredibly welcoming and immediately available to help with any questions we had. He even offered free transportation—so warm and friendly! He even took us on a tour, letting us learn about the local customs and culture. Our trip to the Arctic Village was truly worthwhile because of our stay here! We wish you a happy wedding, a daughter soon, and a happy and healthy family! Feel free to contact us anytime you're in Jinan!

MM2advgmxd****This trip to Beiji Village was absolutely perfect! The food was delicious, the scenery was beautiful, and the hotel I chose was fantastic – excellent service, convenient, and affordable. I highly recommend it! After buying your attraction tickets, you can drive directly to the hotel, and the scenery is right outside your door. The room was very clean and warm, with a stunning view of the snow-covered landscape. The staff were friendly and helpful. A truly five-star review!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located on Mokou Old Street. The owner has developed a comprehensive mixed-use complex encompassing lodging, dining, entertainment, and tourism, complete with a Mohe County Yamen, a food street, and various bars. It's set for a grand opening soon. The overall planning and design are quite impressive; it's clear the owner has invested heavily and put in a great deal of effort. However, the attention to detail is severely lacking. For instance, the shower stall was leaking. While they advertise a laundry room, there was no detergent, and the room itself was tucked away in an obscure corner, piled high with the hotel's soiled linens – a stark contrast to the well-maintained laundry facilities at chain hotels like Atour or Hanting. The service staff appeared undertrained. At breakfast, the plates were wet, and there wasn't much appealing food available. I took two eggs, but a staff member immediately stopped me, stating only one egg per person. This kind of restriction is frankly unacceptable for a hotel priced at over 400 RMB. For lunch, I ordered the 'Stewed Chicken with Mushrooms' and found it to be predominantly chicken necks. To top it off, there were flies buzzing around in the dining area. I truly hope the owner dedicates more effort to improving service quality, beyond just the significant investment in hardware. I had originally planned to stay for several more days, but the poor service truly put me off. I ended up checking out after just one night.

MM28845****Compared to Beihong Village, Beiji Village is an extremely commercialized place. When booking, I immediately spotted Yigeli Wooden House among the many guesthouses; its typical log cabin style was very appealing. As a southerner, I'd never stayed in a completely wooden house before, and this was definitely an experience I wanted to have. Log cabins are traditional Russian dwellings; everything you see is wood. The creaking of the stairs reminded me of walking on the wooden floors of old buildings when I was a child. I was shocked when I opened the door. The owner must have upgraded us to a log cabin terrace suite. It was huge! There was a massive living room, bedroom, and bathroom; at night, it felt almost eerily empty. The view from the terrace was nice. I walked carefully on the floor, afraid of disturbing the people downstairs. However, I later discovered that the soundproofing seemed quite good; apart from the sound of my own footsteps, I couldn't hear any noise from the surrounding rooms. The shower was an integrated shower room with a water jet and massage function. I'd only ever seen this in the Lisboa Hotel in Macau; I didn't expect to see it here. The only downside was that the space inside was too small; it was difficult to even turn around after closing the door. Breakfast was decent, with a good selection. After eating, we continued our drive. By the way, I always felt the style and arrangement of the furniture in the rooms and dining room was a bit odd. Upon closer inspection, I realized many of them were items I'd sourced from Vienna Hotels. The only downside was that the heating pipes in the room seemed to have a problem; there was a constant sound of water flowing, sometimes loud, sometimes soft, which woke me up several times during the night.

GGuest UserThe owner kindly upgraded our room, which was very convenient for our family of three. The cleanliness and ambiance were unexpectedly excellent; we had originally settled on just 'making do' for our stay, but it turned out to exceed our expectations significantly. The accommodation itself is full of character, with a lovely courtyard filled with many flowers, perfect for taking pictures and peacefully enjoying the scenery. Several sunflowers made for particularly stunning photos. Its proximity to the river is another bonus; a stroll along the bank was incredibly relaxing. Their food was very much to our liking; while not gourmet, it was unique and flavorful.

MmilanstrikerThe location is just like the name, on the easternmost side of the village. However, the village is not big, and it is not too far to walk to the riverside viewing platform. The house has a fire pit and a Northeastern-style large flower bedding, which is quite fun. We eat here in the evening. There is no special restaurant in the village, so all breakfast and dinner are served in the B&B. I need to be reminded that there are basically no sanitary products in the room, including towels, bath towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, and shower gel. Maybe the boss thinks that guests will bring their own, so he saves money? There is only one plug on the bed side of the entire room. If you live here, you may need to bring your own power strip. The rice tastes average and the price/performance ratio is the lowest during this trip to Northeast China. But there’s nothing we can do about it. This is also a common problem in similar scenic spots.

GGuest UserArctic Township, Arctic Village, Arctic Family, three Arctics, it’s the ultimate, right? On the edge of the Heilongjiang River, I have an invincible river view room. I live in room 201, a suite, and the living room is very large. In addition to the large bed in the master bedroom, there are two single beds arranged on both sides of the living room near the window, which is definitely enough space. There is a balcony to watch the river view, and you can see the sunrise at 5 o'clock in the morning. It is reflected in the Heilongjiang River with sparkling waves, which is a bonus. The disadvantage is that the bathroom decoration facilities are relatively old, not very good, just enough, but if you ask for it as a five-star hotel, then you are forcing it. Hope it helps everyone~
