SSam YuanThe hotel is very distinctive, and the boss decoration is very willing to spend money. The location is in the Arctic Village, quiet in the middle of noisy, 10 minutes walk from the commercial street. The boss is hospitable, the staff is attentive, and the experience is very good!

Mmaomao2001002This hotel is a haven for motorcycle travelers, and I could tell the owner would be enthusiastic, which he was! The guesthouse is about 300 meters from the northernmost post office, the bus station, and the village center. The room was very clean, and the young owner was incredibly welcoming. Our train arrived in Mohe after 6 AM, and we were in Beiji Village by 8:30 AM. The owner promptly arranged our room and even specifically provided us with two breakfasts. Plus, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the small pickled vegetables were delicious. I'm very satisfied and will definitely recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserI originally booked a family room, but when I arrived at the hotel, I found there was another room with a kang (kang bed). The hostess was very nice and offered to switch it for me. As someone from the south, it was my first time sleeping on a kang, and I was very satisfied and pleased with the comfort. I think it helps with dampness. 😂
The host was very welcoming. I brought my own children, and she even helped me arrange a car and itinerary. The guests in several rooms were very happy, like it was Chinese New Year, with fireworks, wine, and meat.
By the way, you can play with the ice cubes, which is especially beautiful early in the morning at sunrise.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness is exceptional; the entire place is spotless. All the amenities provided are of high quality, and it's incredibly convenient that they're disposable and can be replenished for free. The restaurant is also impeccably clean, with staff constantly tidying up.
Environment: Our room was very spacious, which was a huge plus, especially since we had a lot of luggage – it never felt cramped, a testament to the smart design. The weather in Beijicun (Arctic Village) was absolutely fantastic; the air was incredibly fresh and clean. From the hotel's second floor, we had a superb view of Russia across the river, which was quite unique.
Service: The owner was wonderful – not only did he help us with our luggage, but he also provided excellent recommendations on things to do, the best routes to take, and shared interesting local insights. His thoughtfulness truly shone when he came to pick us up in his car during a sudden downpour. The rest of the hotel staff were equally attentive and friendly, always greeting us with a smile and readily available whenever we needed anything. This made our entire trip truly enjoyable; we felt comfortable and had a fantastic time!

HHokakeiService: A perfect 10, absolutely fantastic! 👍 The owners are super nice. We were a group of four and booked two rooms for two nights each.
1. They gave us a huge plate of frozen pears and frozen persimmons both nights – so delicious! 😋
2. They helped us find a charter car. It was affordable and the itinerary was well-planned, saving us a good 200 yuan compared to if we had found one ourselves!
3. They proactively told us that if we wanted to do the 'splashing water into ice' trick, we should tell them in advance so they could help us with the water. They even took us to the riverside to do it.
All in all, the service was truly top-notch! 👍
Environment: The floor heating was very strong, the environment was quiet, the location was easy to find, and it was within a 10-minute walk from the station.
Cleanliness: The entire place was clean and tidy, and relatively new. They provided disposable towels and bath towels.
Facilities: Everything you need was there. The only downside was that the shower head was placed too high and the water pressure was a bit low.

Owner 小谢 discussed and planned my itinerary even before 2 months before my arrival. At that point of time, my China payment mode was not set up; we basically worked based on trust. His wife's cooking is delicious!! We have every meal there. We also had good chat.
Driver 小赵 drives well and is very caring. He kept making sure we had enough to keep ourselves warm whenever we alight.
Overall, this is really a good place to stay; with really good people.
Highly recommended.

GGuest UserThe hotel helped us arrange a driver for our entire trip, making it easy for us to travel around Mohe at a cheaper cost. The driver are very helpful and helped us to book the attraction entrance tickets for us and we can pay him later at the end of our trip as the cost covered is mainly for him to bring us to attractions for our entire trip and it does not include attraction entrance tickets. Prepare some cash for easy payment back to the driver as for our country, we are being charged for extra 2% fees if we are using Alipay app payments above RMB200. So by paying them in cash for anything above RMB200, we can avoid paying the 2% fees. Also there are times when we make some payment while purchasing food, and we are having difficulties on the apps link which is another reason why cash is needed for the contingency period.

AAnonymous UserThe hardware facilities should be the best hotel in Mohe. There is also free airport pick-up and drop-off service. There is a river in front and a forest in the back. The scenery is very good. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It costs 5 yuan to go anywhere. The price is the same for locals and foreigners. It is very practical. The service awareness needs to be improved. There is no flexibility or accommodation. Check out at 1 o'clock. Even if the plane leaves two hours later, they will not allow late check-out. Late check-out costs extra money. You need to pay extra for mineral water. When you ask for cleaning for the extension room, they only change the bath towels. When asked why the bed is not made and the floor is not mopped, they just make it and mop it casually. I have to refute a few words, not to mention wiping the table top, repairing slippers and pulling paper. Overall, for the above advantages, I will stay in this hotel when I go to Mohe in the future because the hardware conditions are good.

MM231147****I absolutely loved this log cabin. Located at the village entrance, the room was filled with the scent of pine. The high ceilings and North American-style furnishings, along with the clean and comfortable bed and bedding, made it a wonderful place to sleep. I slept soundly until dawn, enjoying the breathtaking scenery outside the window, especially the misty mountains and fields at dawn, which reminded me of Darcy and Elizabeth's first meeting in the fog. The owner was a shy, quiet young man, but the overall atmosphere was incredibly comfortable. If I have the chance to visit Beiji Village again, I will definitely stay here again.

HHuitailangccwMy stay at this hotel was fantastic! The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's also very close to Seven Star Plaza. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were friendly and even helped recommend local attractions. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were complete. Both the hot water and WiFi worked perfectly. The breakfast was delicious. It offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!
