The hotel is a river away from the city where the main activities are. Still acceptable since it's only a rmb 10 bucks ride to the city area, just that the didi ride has to wait a little longer and maybe the driver will complain a little.
What is not acceptable is the service level. We accidentally broke a glass ashtray in the room around 11pm, there were shattered glass everywhere. Called the house keeping (same person as front desk) to bring a broom to clean up, she asked us to leave it as if! There are young children in the room, so I wanted her to clean up immediately! She came unhappy, did a sloppy job and slam the door on her way out. We still find shattered glasses after she left
When we reached, she asked me to cancel the room from the platform and pay her cash at the counter which I refused. Dishonest and poor service! highly not recommendable

It was a very clean and nice place. I asked if the desk person could call a taxi for me to catch my train the next morning and then she brought me by herself! It was at 5 am so very nice of her. Would recommend!

A fantastic hotel! Run by a young couple, the hostess is incredibly caring! The smart devices are a real plus, and they also offer laundry and drying services, with the hostess even helping to hang out the clothes! While breakfast isn't available, it's close to a food court with plenty of options. The location is quiet and convenient, not far from the city, perfect for a road trip! Elderly and children alike especially loved it!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I have to write one here. Exceeded expectations, a newly opened hotel in the Hedong New District of Mohe. It is not in the city center but there is a food street at the door, which is convenient for eating and shopping. The room is separated into wet and dry areas, clean and sanitary, with a huge TV. It is a great experience to watch a movie in the hotel at night. The boss also posted information at the front desk about how to take a taxi in Mohe, what to do there, and what delicious food is available at the food court at the door. It was very detailed.
Suggestion: The room has smart control, but the light switching does not seem to work all the time. Sometimes only the toilet light will turn on and off. It is recommended to debug it.
