Well where do I start!! First the good news the hotel was very clean and the staff were all delightful.now for the bad news the food was always tepid rarely ever hot. I found a microwave and managed to heat up sometimes. The restaurant sits 850 people and they all come on mass at weekends the restaurant it utter chaos with everyone pushing in for food.The noise was deafening. Smoking areas were not monitored and everyone smoked all around you. If you want a quiet break with good food holiday this is not the place for you. Never will I even think of staying here again.

Two nights booked, good rates , Receptionist first class 5/5. Cleanliness FOOD , A great choice of food, not bad quality, DOWNFALL, evening meal. 8-30 pm———10-30 Staff work hard and very attentive, We would most definitely repeat this booking, Thank you Marina Mar ,had a great stay

the service was great and the staff welcomed us and helped us at whatever situation. they were very friendly and open. the rooms were nice and clean and the outdoor area was spacious and comfortable. the buffet both for dinner and breakfast was delicious and we especially liked when they cooked right in front of us and we got fresh meat, eggs and pancakes :) all in all great stay would highly recommend.

Se trata de un hotel no muy moderno en la decoración de las habitaciones y en las zonas comunes. Voy a hablar primero de las cosas q me gustaron menos. Q no haya opción de todo incluido, q acarrea q en las comidas haya q pagar las bebidas q se hace un pelín farragoso, echamos en falta un socorrista más mínimo, 2 para 4 piscinas a pleno rendimiento.. más camareras de piso, las pobres no dan abasto y varios días nos hicieron la habitación pasadas las 14:30 de la tarde. Las toallas de la piscina tienes q llevártelas, las hamacas reservadas todo el día sin gente usandolas. Las tartas, embutidos y falta de platos de cuchara me dejaron frío en la comida. Para un hotel tan grande el spa es irrisorio, hay q reservar para el y para el gym. Lo bueno, nuestra habitación estaba mirando al Aquapark, con vistas al mar, amplia, con terraza y tendedero, club para niños y adultos, no son los más amigables, alguno es bastante cortante con los críos comparados con otros hoteles, pero lo pasan bien, horario un poco justo, 4 horas/día más 1/2 hora por la noche. Hay parking cubierto de pago, gratis dentro y fuera de la zona sin problema en julio, personal atento, limpio, la comida estaba en general bastante buena. Piscinas de agua salada. Playa a 3 minutos, llevar escarpines x piedras, no hay paseo marítimo ni tiendas, solo otros hoteles y un chiringuito de playa del hotel con música en directo, agradable para familias.

Un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout d’abord, je tiens à dire que la propreté n’est pas critiquable, tout est propre ce qui rend le séjour agréable. Le restaurant est le point fort de cet hôtel. En effet le buffet à volonté propose des plats variés et différents thèmes ont été choisi pendant nôtre séjour : - Cuisine mexicaine - Fruits de mer - Plats andalous …etc. Aussi c’est un bon choix pour des personnes sans gluten ou cœliaque car la nourriture est bonne et il n’y a aucune contamination croisée. Le soir, plusieurs animations sont proposées mais si vous voulez une chambre au calme, il faudra demander lorsque vous réserverez. La piscine est très très propre, elle est nettoyé au moins 3 fois par semaine. L’emplacement est parfait car la mer n’est qu’à quelques dizaines de mètres. Je vous conseille cet hôtel si vous voulez un séjour calme mais divertissant qui convient à tous types d’âges.

298 euros por una noche en una habitación antigua con una bañera y un bide del año de la p9lka y unas colchas del año 1995 en un bajo junto a un aparcamiento,instalaciones desbordadas por el gentío, peleas por las tumbonas,sin hacer cumplir la norma de no poder reservar tumbonas por más del tiempo prudencial,desayuno de buffet pobre y descontrolado ,llegando a entrar gente que no estaba ni alojada...en fin no sigo

Hotel ya pard. Remodelar. Servicio de comidas pésimo , 2 turnos cosa que hay que avisar en las publicidades . Largas colas para coger la. Comida ,escasa,pocos mostradores para la comida ,poca variedad ,cocina en directo ridícula ,salón es como una nave industrial sin gusto de decoración un horror . Colas y colas . Zona de piscinas descuidadas no limpian nada ,zona de césped sin nada de césped solo tierra,jardines sin cuidar. Parece mentira 4 estrellas serán estrelladas .si te quieres estresar este es tu lugar.
