The location is great, it's just opposite to the Kawana central. Shopping and access to food and restaurants are great. The staff are friendly and helpful, but when I reported that I suffered a cut in a shower through the app, nobody returned a message and nobody cares. The shower tray is installed at elbow height with sharp edges, it's a stupid design and wrong choice of bathroom ware. When I gave the feedback to the reception and avoid responding. No apology.

We had a really good stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and overall the experience was very positive. The location is a big highlight, it’s super convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. The only downside we found was the underground parking. It’s quite tight and can be a bit challenging to maneuver, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Aside from that, everything else was great and we had an enjoyable stay.

It's a nice place. The neighborhood is quiet and the room is very clean. Opposite is the ALDI supermarket and many places to eat. Because of Christmas, check-in and check-out are unattended and self-service, which is also very convenient. In the future Come again.
