My wife and I stayed for one night on Thursday 8th May 2025. We had a very pleasant stay. Having taken bikes with us we were given a ground floor room and there was ample room to fit the bikes in. Everyone was most helpful and really friendly. Unfortunately, I left behind my hearing aides with their charging case and wires when we left and did not notice they were missing until we arrived back from our trip on the Sunday. I contacted the Travelodge and the lady I spoke to assured me they had been found and put aside. She also told me they would post them back to me free of charge. They rang me on the Monday asking me to confirm my address and, when I did so, the hearing aides arrived the following day, today, Tuesday 13th May. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done. It was not only excellent customer service; it was a kind and thoughtful thing to do. Many thanks to Shannon Powell and all the staff there. Very, very much appreciated.

Very friendly staff, clean, quiet Travelodge with 24hr shop nearby. Free parking. Big comfortable rooms, nice views of meadow behind. Short drive into Oswestry, lots of handy takeaways etc nearby................................. .

Quite disappointed with our stay. The hotel is extremely basic. Probably the worst Travelodge we have stayed in. The carpet had stains, the room smelt really bad. No air con. The interior looked very tired and cheap. Cobwebs above the curtain rail and curtains handing off the track.

The Travelodge was very clean. 10 out of 10 for the host who was very helpful and a credit to the company Rooms were excellent and would recommend and stay again. As thisis a service area Burger King on site with Starbucks Coffee and others just a short 3 minute walk away.

Excellent, friendly service with great quality and value food. In particular, Leah, Mackenzie and Alice all went out of their way to give great service and were genuinely warm and friendly towards us and other guests. Other staff were also very helpful and everybody says hello with a smile which does make a difference. I will definitely stay again if coming to this area.
