We got there and when I went to check in,they said there was no room available.They made arrangements at another hotel and paid the difference,but I was not informed of the change til I arrived at 11pm

The bed wasn't comfortable at all. Sunk down in it. Husband is handicaped and it was hard to get him up out of hole. Toilet sat to low as well.

Very satisfied
Staff was AMAZING! VERY ACCOMMODATING! We were there for the state swim meet. Our daughters’ team stayed there also and we asked if the team could eat together in the lobby…they said we could have silverware, use the tv, whatever we needed! The whole trip was just GREAT!!
