"I booked this hotel on August 8 and received a confirmation. However, when I arrived at around 9 PM on August 15, the hotel had no record of my booking under my name. It was a really frustrating experience – especially after a long day of travel. I contacted Trip.com customer service immediately, and they worked on it, but unfortunately they couldn't secure a room for me at this property. I had to find another hotel last minute that night. The good news: Trip.com has already reached out to me and confirmed they'll reimburse all my costs. That's a huge relief, and I really appreciate their responsiveness. Despite this one-off glitch, I still trust Trip.com for future travels – these things happen, and they handled it professionally. Since I never actually stayed here, I can't comment on the rooms, cleanliness, or service – so I'm keeping my ratings neutral across all categories. A quick tip for fellow travelers: Always double-check your booking by calling the hotel directly a day before arrival, especially if you're arriving late. Even with confirmation, errors can slip through. That way, you avoid the stress I went through. Overall, I can't recommend or criticize this hotel – I just didn't get to stay. But full credit to Trip.com for stepping up and making things right. Will definitely book with them again."

"I came to their restaurant with my friends for dinner. We ordered some starters which were perfectly made. The sauce was also handmade which made it taste really different and special. Moving onto staff and the service, was excellent, very attentive even if there were guests inside the restaurant and also sitting outside. The atmosphere is a big highlight, where you are sitting right infront of the waves, we kept on stepping onto the sand while waiting for our main course. Definitely recommend to try their food!"

"This is, without a doubt, the worst and most outrageous hotel I have ever stayed at in all my travels across Europe, America, and Southeast Asia. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and was locked out, not just from the hotel building, but from the outermost gate. I rang the doorbell, knocked, and even climbed the gate to shout into the courtyard, but no one answered. Meanwhile, I contacted Trip.com customer service. I was stranded in a foreign country in the dead of night, waiting for over an hour and a half before an employee finally arrived to open the gate. As the only guest at the hotel, even asking for a second egg at breakfast felt like an extravagant request... Trip.com customer service did their best to coordinate, but I'm baffled as to why the platform lists such a hotel, and the post-incident compensation was far from satisfactory."
