Upstairs you will find three bedrooms. The master has a queen bed with a double vanity/sink attached to the room. A large walk in closet provides plenty of space to store your belongings. A smart TV is mounted on the wall with full streaming capabilities.
The second guest room has a queen bed and mounted smart TV on the wall.
The third guest room has two twin beds and a closet to store belongings.
Downstairs is a living area with a brand new 55 inch Smart TV and kitchen/dining area that can seat seven. Off the dining area is a screened in porch and adorable back yard to enjoy our beautiful Charleston weather!
This is a licensed and legal Short Term Rental in the city of Mt. Pleasant. Permit number ST250126. Town of Mt. Pleasant Business License number 20126521. Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm-7 am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine that guests will be responsible to pay.
