JJason AnthonyWe enjoyed our time at the hotel overall. One thing to note is that the hotel does not allow outside food, and there is no eating in the rooms. Most of the staff was very friendly. A negative point was breakfast often running out of items, with no plans to replenish them, unless asked specifically.

GGuest UserThe hotel by the lake is full of the beauty of the lake on all windows. You can go down to the lake in 1 minute and take a walk and rest. There is a separate barbecue overlooking the lake and you can cook in the room. It's about 5 kilometers away from downtown, but you can feel the beauty of the lake, eat quietly, and take a private break as a family unit.
I think it's the best hotel. The parking lot is in front of the hotel front desk, but it seems to be managed at the front desk because it is for hotel only. Recommended for families traveling by car ^^

GGuest UserEn pleno centro, a pocos metros del hermosísimo lago, restaurantes, Centro Cívico, buen desayuno, limpio, habitación y baño espaciosos, la cama un poco dura pues la habían comprado recientemente (a algunos les gusta así) , en general un buen hotel que tendremos en cuenta si regresamos algún día al bello Bariloche, la atención muy buena, gracias Pablito, un abrazo desde Guayaquil , Ecuador
