Mountain View Hotels in Sarajevo

The room was too small and cramped. The double bed was also small and too soft. It's more like a guesthouse, run by an old man who converted a few rooms in his own house. He's a nice guy, and you can park your car in his garage, which is a big plus. The location is excellent too, within a 10-minute walk to all the attractions. Breakfast was very simple, not great, but filling. The coffee, however, was a letdown – a tiny amount, just a sip of Bosnian coffee, equivalent to a shot glass. On the other hand, the scrambled eggs were delicious, tasting just like organic farm-fresh eggs back home.

The hotel's environment is very good, there is a swimming pool and billiard table, and the drinks are sold by vending machines. Breakfast is also good and close to Sarajevo Airport. The only downside is that it is far from the old town and you need to book a taxi in advance when you go out (phone number as paid picture)

Tertiary Less than 5 minutes walk from Bashcharsia and Seville. It is also close to the tram station. The bus 200E stop for the airport can also walk on almost flat roads. There is a supermarket, KONZUM nearby. The scale is small. It is Sunday holidays. There is also a bakery near the tram station. I also do it here on Sundays. Ministry of Housing It's big enough to sleep almost. The cleaning was also firm. The shower booth is a type of door closed and does not jump out of the water. The water pressure is strong. Wait a little for hot water to come out. The toilet is heated very close when sitting, and it is easy to hit your legs. Except for that, it is easy to use. Reception The entrance is in the back than you can see on Google Maps. Please go inside the parking lot. It is on the right side. The entrance door is locked. Let's ring the bell and call the staff at first. Check in and you will get an electronic key to unlock the door with the room key. Is it family business? There was a young woman at the reception and then a young man. I was impressed by the good greetings.

The service was absolutely terrible. The travel agency booked our stay the night before, and we wanted to stay an extra night, so we booked another through Ctrip. On the day we checked in, we asked to extend our stay for another day. They told us to come back to the front desk the next day and try again with our credit card, which would most likely be possible. But when we arrived at the front desk at 10 a.m. the next morning, we were told we couldn't extend our stay. We had to move rooms and have to accept a 12:00 PM check-in and a 3:00 PM check-out. The reason was that a group had booked two weeks prior, and they had given us their room number. What kind of excuse is that? I've never heard of that. I was hoping for a convenient extension, but we ended up having to change hotels. After a long argument, they said they'd leave our luggage in the room and move us to the new room once it was ready. I reluctantly accepted that. Also, my friend's room was infested with giant spiders—more than one—and the staff were using paper cups to catch them. I strongly don't recommend this hotel. You should definitely try a better one.

客房空間很寬敝，客廳也寬敝明亮，還有小廚房，洗手間里還有洗衣機，感覺有點點意外驚喜；由貝爾格萊德玩过來，這边的早餐就顯得比較簡陋了，但是有熱牛奶、溫熱的烚雞蛋，也不錯了；酒店在新區，附近能找吃東西的地方不多，簡單一點的就只有酒店M层的西餐廳了，如果要去老城區，還是要另外坐車下去。

The hotel is very new and renovated! The front desk lady is very warm and the location is good. Going down is the pedestrian street! There is a local restaurant on the pedestrian street. The mutton is very good. It tastes exactly like the Chinese restaurant. There is also a cake shop. It is also very delicious. When we left, the aunt at the front desk helped us call the car. After calling the car, we were still waiting for the car at the door. The service was great and gave full marks.

The room was very clean, and the owner was super, super, super nice. We checked in too late and the reception had already closed, but the enthusiastic owner answered the phone and came to help open the door and move our boxes. When we left, he even called a reasonable taxi to take us to the bus station. There was also round-trip airport service. The service was so thoughtful, I highly recommend it.

Excellent location, in the old town, three minutes walk from the Latin Bridge. The breakfast is too good for my wife, I choose my own six packages, exquisite and rich. The little brothers at the bar are so hard, and they have to take into account the guests who order meals and the guests who come to stay at the same time. There is no hotel sign on the facade of the building, we have been looking for two and asked for two. The shower flow is a bit small. No TV, no air conditioning. No bottled water.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center
