GGuest UserThe environment was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive and thoughtful—a true five-star hotel experience! Highly recommended! We checked in around 9 pm, and were starving and exhausted. The hotel cafeteria thoughtfully provided each of us with a bowl of hot noodle soup, which was incredibly heartwarming. They also thoughtfully provided fruit and nuts afterwards—the attention to detail was impeccable! Special praise goes to a handsome young man named Enke; he was enthusiastic, attentive, and had an excellent attitude! A must-give him a thumbs up! 👍

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby has a lounge area, and the room was provided with welcome yogurt. The room was quite large, with a view of the snow-capped mountains. The hotel has a wake-up service. Xiao Ku at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. When we were going to eat in the evening, he recommended a restaurant to us. The hotel also has a laundry room, which I didn't know how to use, but Xiao Ku came to help us and answered every question. I give them a thumbs up*

DDaxiongtingshudiaoWhy is it better? There are shops and places to eat next to it, and it is very close to the entrance of the scenic area. There is only an air conditioning panel in the room, but no air conditioning. I don't know why. The first floor of the loft room is relatively small. If you have a suitcase, it is difficult to move your legs. Overall, the conditions in Saihu are pretty good.

MM251492****The service was excellent. The front desk is available 24/7 and they were very thorough in explaining all the check-in procedures. They were really responsible and even called to confirm our arrival since we were late. On the day we checked in, it was very cold, and they even brought us brown sugar ginger tea. The floor heating was fantastic, so we weren't cold at all. The only minor downside was that the lighting in the 'starry sky' room was a bit dim.

GGuest UserSailimu Lake likes this hotel very much. First of all, I have to say that the front desk staff Mira looks good. Even if the service is in place, I recommended the delicious surroundings. The carpet in the small problem room is a bit... But Mira's parents and children came to apologize to us and sent a few more bottles of water. And I took a photo with her when I left. The room is very clean, the meal is very convenient, the environment is super warm and comfortable, the photo is very good~ the housekeeper is also good, the room is the same as the picture, the decoration style is simple and elegant, the facilities are beautifully arranged, there is a commercial street when you go out, and you sleep well all night. I will choose this hotel next time! Very satisfied, must be five stars!

GGuest UserIt is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos.

MM43317****The room was great; the heating was so good even the bed was warm! We had a small incident where our car got stuck in the snow, but the hotel immediately arranged for a tow truck and staff to come to our aid, and it was resolved very quickly. This really is a hotel with excellent service. Our room was even upgraded, and it was located right next to the restaurant and coffee shop, which was incredibly convenient for winter when you can't bear to walk an extra step. A fantastic experience overall.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel only focuses on the visual design, but it is flashy and not practical! I felt that I had chosen the right place when I checked in, but I would never stay there again after I stayed there! Hotels should still be people-oriented. There are many inconveniences when staying there. You can only hang 3 or 4 pieces of clothes. There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The hot water is not hot. The drain is higher than the door. The water is stored and flows to the toilet area next to it. There is no place to put any bags or suitcases. They can only be thrown on the ground. There is only one chair in the double room. Alas, if the designer himself lives there, he will probably complain about himself!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, very close to the entrance. It is a restaurant itself, but it does not serve breakfast. The dinner is delicious, and the waiters are very particular about serving the dishes. The dishes are covered with covers on the way to the table. As for the room, it is just for sleeping. There is a viewing terrace, but you can't see the lake view. You can only see the greenery and buildings in front of your door. The toilet is a little poorly ventilated. I don't know what the other nearby hotels are like. You can't ask for too much near the scenic spot.
