I booked this place by chance when I came to Huangguoshu, and it turned out to be the most satisfying accommodation of my entire Guizhou trip. Pros: The in-room facilities are excellent, on par with many 4- or 5-star hotels. The minced pork noodles for breakfast were delicious, even better than the ones I went out of my way to try. Secondly, the butler was very responsive and attentive, giving full marks for service. Finally, there are many beautiful plants thriving inside the hotel, looking vibrant and full of life. There's also a small flower bed at the entrance, bathed in sunshine, with flowers blooming, which puts you in a great mood for the entire day when you step out. Suggestions for improvement (Cons): ① There were rooster crows and dog barks in the morning, which can't be helped, sigh. ② Honestly, please get a new coffee machine.

My stay at Bailian Hotel Huangguoshu far exceeded my expectations. It was an incredibly relaxing escape, almost flawless from start to finish, with only two minor details worth mentioning. The room design beautifully showcased an elegant Oriental style. It was spacious and airy, with exquisite, high-quality soft furnishings. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the amenities were complete and top-notch, making it perfect for both relaxation and enjoying the views. The hot springs were a major highlight; the pools were nestled discreetly within the mountains, offering a serene and private environment. The water temperature was perfect, and soaking in the mist-shrouded pools was a fantastic experience, allowing me to relax my mind and body while enjoying the natural beauty. The service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff were warm, attentive, and patient. They were always quick to respond to any requests, providing thoughtful and discreet service that made me feel truly cared for. The food was also exceptionally satisfying. The ingredients were fresh and authentic, and the dishes were outstanding. Both the refined dinner and the extensive breakfast balanced nutrition and taste perfectly, delighting my palate. The only slight drawbacks were the somewhat strong smell of the wooden furniture in the room, which dissipated after opening the windows, and the occasional presence of a few mosquitoes, which could be managed with repellents. Overall, these minor imperfections did not detract from the overall experience. The hotel delivered top-tier quality in terms of environment, facilities, service, and dining. It truly stands out as an excellent vacation choice around Huangguoshu, and I highly recommend it.

We also loved the private tea garden where we could pick tea and go cycling. The breakfast spread was delicious and plentiful, and the butler service was attentive and warm. The afternoon tea was fantastic, with a great selection of coffee and tea. There's a large camping area right by the entrance. Complimentary fruit platter: A wide variety of fresh fruits. Free shuttle service to Huangguoshu Scenic Area (one-time only): It's very close to the Great Waterfall.

The store opened by myself is simple and kind, clearly priced, and hospitable. I came to Guizhou for the first time and Huangguoshu for the first time. I thought I would slaughter customers. Going to the scenic spot is also picked up and sent by the boss's family, I am really relieved. When I picked us up, I asked the boss to find a place to eat and put us down. The boss agreed. Because I was too tired, I asked more. I said that the boss has dinner at your house. The boss said yes, but he will not take the initiative to recommend it. I am afraid that you think we deliberately solicit business and deceive people. If you order more dishes, you will also tell you that we are afraid that we can't eat it, so that passengers can rest assured, and the main one is ”reassurance”.

The room was upgraded and it is very spacious with a high cost performance ratio! The key point is that the B&B is located in the scenic area. The homestay is very comfortable. We have two adults and two children staying in it. The beds in the rooms are all 1.5, which is more spacious than other hotels. The owner of the B&B was very enthusiastic and took us to scenic spots several times. You can eat downstairs, the food is delicious! Recommended for those who go to Huangguoshu Waterfall. The B&B also has a swimming pool, which the children like very much.

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops and the main bus station. The check in was one of the fastest I ever experienced in China and the ladies at the reception were very nice! I was even allowed to take a shower after a running race even though it was already past the checkout time. The room was spacious and bright, there was no cigarette smoke smell. But it desperately needs a deep clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean though and that's the most important. Recommend it if you're looking for a simple budget stay.
