I was very satisfied with my stay at Lotus Terrace Garden Resort! The hotel has a great location, with a quiet surrounding environment, and I could see beautiful scenery right from my window. The bed was comfortable, and all the facilities were easy to use. Both the front desk and service staff were patient in answering questions and responded promptly to any requests. The breakfast also tasted good. Overall, it offers great value for money, and is suitable whether you're traveling with family or just looking to relax. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Lushan!

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the Lushan Anti-Japanese War Museum and the former site of the Lushan Conference, and not far from villas like Meilu. The hotel itself is a protected historical building, nestled against the mountains, surrounded by ancient trees, offering a beautiful environment. I particularly loved its historical charm and Republic of China-era decor. Facilities are comprehensive, and there's a dedicated elevator on the left side when facing the hotel. There's also a convenient parking lot right in front. The rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, with comfortable and clean bedding. The staff were enthusiastic and polite. The front desk staff patiently answered all our questions about visiting Lushan, providing practical and effective suggestions that saved us time and helped us manage our energy for climbing. We are very grateful.

The room is very clean and tidy, with complete facilities, a large bathtub, and very newly decorated. It has a mountain view room. The heating in the room is also sufficient. Even when it snows heavily, the room is not cold at all. Fruits are given in each room, and the oranges are very sweet. The breakfast is also very delicious. The service attitude is super good. The front desk upgraded the room for free. Because it is not very convenient for us to bring our baby, they also delayed our check-out. When we left, they also gave us a thermos cup and souvenirs. This hotel is on the uphill, inside the Lushan attraction. If you come to Lushan/Jiujiang by train, you need to go to their Sightseeing bus centre, and take their sightseeing bus to go up to another bus centre, and just give a call to the hotel, they would pick you up by a comfortable car. We had an unpleasant encounter with the didi driver driving us to the uphill, the driver was rude, even said to me “I got no time, just buy the ticket faster” (you need to purchase a ticket for the didi car and for yourself to drive up, an hour drive btw). So glad that the hotel staffs were all so nice and understanding. They welcomed us warmly, even listened to me complaining about the driver’s behaviour and rude remarks. They presented us with a welcoming fruit platter too! The hotel is clean, and very bear to Ruqin Lake. For my room, we got to wear 2 sets of hanfu for free (just put a deposit first, they’ll return the depo after you return the clothes). The staffs helped us bring our luggages into the room, even offered extra towel and room slippers since we came in 3. You got to experience brewing chinese tea by yourself too, since they prepared chinese tea leaves and chinese tea pot set in the room. Since we arrived there around 3, and had to take shower and clean up first, so we would only be able to start exploring Lushan at 4. The hotel staffs at the reception were so kind to prepare us with a map and gave us recommendations on places we can go, in the best order, since they know we would be walking until late at night. The picture of the lake is Ruqin Lake, it’s just in front of the hotel. As for the next morning, we had to wake up early to get a morning train from jiujiang to jingdezhen, so I asked for the receptionist’s help to make a wake-up call, in which they actually called our room at 4am! Thank you so much. Overall, the stay here was amazing! We will find for JI Hotel the next time we travel to China.

Highly recommended! The hotel is in a great location, right near the cable car platform. It's only about a ten-minute walk from the cable car, according to navigation. Even better, there's an express lane within the hotel, just a three-minute walk to the cable car—super convenient! The hotel's main entrance is also convenient for exploring the West Flower Trail scenic area. ^_^ The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Their recommended routes were fantastic, saving both time and effort! The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable and pleasant. I look forward to staying here again next winter!

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to answer any questions. It's not far from the main street, making dining and getting around very convenient. Due to limited time and the rainy weather, we didn't get to enjoy the courtyard, which is quite spacious. With more time, it would be lovely to chat with friends and have some tea there, I imagine it would be very relaxing.

Choosing this hotel gave me a lot of unexpected surprises! Must be five-star praise! 1. The hotel is right next to the ropeway and it is very convenient to walk for 5 minutes. At that time, I was holding a large suitcase, and the little beauty boss also arranged for the driver to drive to the ropeway entrance. The service is very warm! 2. Come over by car, park the car at the hotel and take the cableway to Lushan. After staying in Lushan for two nights, the hotel helped to waive the parking fee and save 60 yuan. 3. The standard room booked includes 2 breakfasts, and an extra one is given, which is equivalent to no charge for breakfast for children. 4. The hotel's breakfast is in the back yard, there are several outdoor dining tables, the environment is very comfortable. During the National Day, the price of 200+ enjoys these services and feels very satisfied.

During the summer vacation, I made an appointment with a few friends to visit Lushan. I chose this newly opened hotel. The environmental facilities are very good in all aspects. We had a great stay here! All the personnel was nice and attentive, we were registered pretty easily. The hotel offers a pick up service , which is quite convenient. We had a room with a skylight and a balcony, which was the best. In the morning and in the evening you can sit at the balcony and enjoy a nice view. The room is clean and the towels are changed every day. They serve Chinese style breakfast from 7 to 9, see the picture attached. Since we don't know much about local transportation, they gave us a ride to the local transportation hub where we could hop on a sightseeing bus. Once you get back from your trip in the evening, you can have a nice stroll from a busy Guling street area, it's down the hill and it takes you about 15 minutes to get back to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasure to stay in this hotel, I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to have a real mountain view from their hotel room☺️
