Probably the best hotel during our trip through China. Great location in Zhaoxing overlooking the historical village in a very quiet area, perfect for who needs rest from the hustle of Chinas big cities. Beautiful, carefully designed and furnished room with wooden floors furniture, very comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Lots of little extras, like a beautiful reception area with balcony, a generous fruit basket refilled every day, great and healthy breakfast, pick up service from the train station etc. Young and very friendly hosts, english is hardly spoken but with a translation app communication is easy and the staff are keen on helping you with any questions. As the house was not fully booked, they surprised us with a free upgrade to a larger room. Over all, an amazing experience!

We were four adults and one baby, and we stayed in a family room, which was very clean. The beautiful hostess was very enthusiastic, picked us up at the entrance of the village, lent us a charger, bought us cold medicine, and booked tickets for the evening show for us. In the morning, she added WeChat to remind us to have breakfast in case we overslept. The lobby was also spacious and clean. The hotel is in a good location, right near the iron flower show, but the view room needs to be booked quickly, as we booked too late and didn't get it. Overall, I was very satisfied.

We brought luggage so we asked the boss to call a car. The pick-up driver was very polite and the car was very clean. We needed to get up early the next morning and didn’t have time to eat breakfast in the store. The boss also specially packed bread for us to pick up at the front desk.

The location is good, close to the main street, but not very noisy. There are also Dong song performances in the homestay at night, which are beautiful. The balcony scenery is really great and can overlook the entire village. It is even more beautiful at night. I quickly took the camera to take pictures and record what is in front of me. The room is cleaned very cleanly. The lobby on the first floor is for tea sets. It is also very pleasant to make tea, read books and watch the scenery here. Recommended!

When we left, the boss lady drove us there. I heard that we had never been to the observation deck, so we went around to the observation deck at the middle of the mountain to let us overlook the whole Dong Village.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would love come back! + really nice, open and warm hosts/staff: we felt very welcomed, had really sweet conversations, got great recommendations for activities and places to visit in and around zhaoxing, were picked up from the train station, were invited for tea and youcha and even got a room upgrade + clean, comfy and spacious rooms with great views and aircon + great location - right at the village entrance in a calm street close to all major attractions + easy and fast communication via wechat
