Mountain View Hotels in Qujing

This is probably one of the best hotels in the area, and it's very conveniently located. The facilities are excellent, and the breakfast offers a wide variety, including hot and cold beverages and coffee. There are plenty of staff, and the bespectacled gentleman at the front desk was particularly helpful. He told us about some great local restaurants, and on the day we checked in, it was very foggy and humid. He kindly advised us to wear masks when going out to avoid inhaling too much moisture, which was very thoughtful. My only minor suggestion for the hotel is regarding the gym equipment on the second floor near the entrance. It gets hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Perhaps it could be moved to a different spot, as it was quite chilly checking in with the main doors wide open on such a day.

Facilities: perfect, hot air is very warm, cost-effective Service: I moved from the next homestay. Yesterday, this hotel was full. The next homestay was expensive. The restaurant upstairs was very good. We had hot pot for dinner.

We stayed two nights in a row. The hotel was excellent, very close to Wanda, making it convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms were spacious, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was hearty. The bowl of poached eggs in syrup brought back memories of childhood. The freshly cooked rice noodles and rice vermicelli were delicious, with plenty of broth, and the fruit was very fresh. The hotel also gave us dessert coupons, and the free coffee and daifuku downstairs were both excellent. This hotel is highly recommended!

The hotel in this county far exceeded my expectations; I even considered staying another night. The location is unique, perched atop a small hill, accessible via a charming little tunnel. It offers panoramic views of the county. The room was spacious and clean, with complimentary fruit, snacks, and drinks. A hot bedtime drink was even provided, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was excellent, with everything delicious, including spicy shrimp! This was just a stopover; I'll definitely make a special trip to Luoping for a vacation in the future, and I'd definitely come back just for this hotel.

I booked this room during the blooming season, just like many other travelers who came to see the canola fields. The owners were incredibly warm and attentive. The guesthouse itself is surrounded by beautiful scenery, and the room offered stunning views at an excellent value. The home-cooked meals served at the guesthouse were also delicious, hot, clean, and hygienic. The only minor downside was that the village was completely packed that night, with all rooms fully booked, which meant the hot water supply for showers was a bit slow.

Our primary goal was to visit Luoping's Jinji Fengcong (Golden Rooster Hills) and its vast rapeseed fields, so we meticulously chose and booked the highly-rated Xinyuan Dream Guesthouse on Ctrip, conveniently located within the scenic area. It was spotlessly clean, tidy, and comfortable, and our spacious view room offered direct views of Jinji Fengcong. After staying here, we realized that staying within the scenic area is absolutely the best choice, saving both time, effort, and money. The guesthouse is run by a young, university-educated couple. The proprietress is a sweet, friendly, and charming young lady; her radiant smile is as captivating as the blooming rapeseed flowers themselves. They offer freshly prepared dishes and rice for all three meals, which are excellent value for money and taste wonderfully fresh and light. The owner even personally drove us to the scenic area entrance in his electric cart, which was incredibly thoughtful. Right outside the guesthouse, there's a field of rapeseed flowers (Pic 2) where every casual snap turns into a stunning photo. Public transport is also conveniently accessible right outside the entrance. I've already recommended it to all my friends on social media who are planning a trip here!

The room facilities are new, similar to the quality of a fast hotel. Clean and odorless. The air conditioning and heating are sufficient and quiet. The shower head in the bathroom has enough water. The rice noodles and porridge for breakfast taste good. The homestay is close to the rapeseed flower scenic area, and you can also see the flower fields on one side from the window. Before booking, I was a little hesitant because I saw some reviews (reviews in early 2023) pointing out that there were some flaws in the homestay. I specifically called the homestay to ask if those problems had been solved. The person in charge who answered the phone told me with certainty that those problems were no longer there and I could book with confidence, and explained in detail the causes of the problems and the measures to solve them. It is a reliable store!

The little girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and worthy of praise. The main reason is that the room is not hygienic. The underground is full of hair and the toilet is smelly. After I checked in, I washed the toilet myself. There are also lights in the room that are not fully installed. If it is fully installed, it is fine. Because I went to breakfast at 7:40, there were soy milk and rice noodles at this time, so I could eat enough. In fact, the room is quite new, and the boss should control the hygiene well.

This stay was a very pleasant experience. The service was attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were spacious and bright, the facilities were complete, and the price was very reasonable. There was a yard in the back where you could park, which could probably fit five or six cars. There was a breakfast shop on the first floor of the guesthouse, and the roasted milk was also very delicious. I stayed another night.

Maybe it’s because the mountains are too humid and the facilities are aging quickly, so the air conditioning effect is not very good. Fortunately, there are electric blankets. The service provided by the front desk girl is very good, considerate and attentive. The environment is worth it, especially the beautiful cherry blossom mountain road to the left when you go out the back door of the hotel. You can walk to the Stone Forest of Weigu Village and drive a short distance to the beautiful Xiaolongtan Village. Turning right from the back door you can reach the Pinde Village Observation Deck, which is so beautiful! Living here is an unexpected surprise!
