"I was torn between Guanfang and Shilin initially, but I'm so glad I chose Shilin in the end! 1. The service was exceptional! Manager Wu (a gentleman) at the front desk was incredibly attentive, making us feel completely at ease while traveling. Ms. Xun Dongmei, from room service, always had a warm smile and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. All the staff at Shilin were wonderful, making our stay feel incredibly welcoming. 2. The breakfast was outstanding! It surpassed the two other five-star hotels we'd stayed in previously. They offered delicious local specialties like 'posubao' (flaky steamed buns) and 'zheners' (steamed rice noodles), and the variety changed daily. 3. The location is perfect, right at the foot of Liaokuo Mountain Park, making it incredibly convenient for hikes. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, and the area is quiet with fresh air. Taxis are also readily available. 4. We loved that the TV offered free access to online TV shows and movies! This is a huge plus, as many hotels only provide live TV channels. 5. I had the best Cross-Bridge Noodles of my life at Shilin Hotel. I've had countless bowls over the years, but none have ever compared to these. Remember to make a reservation in advance, as the pot needs to bake in the oven for 40 minutes."

"Facilities: Okay, so-so (soundproofing is terrible, it's incredibly noisy every night). Cleanliness: So-so (I stayed 8 days! They only changed the sheets and blankets once, and I had to tell the customer service lady myself. She was so impatient! It's ridiculous! Who changes the sheets and blankets only once every 8 days? At least once every two days, if not once a day! This is the first time I've ever seen this.) Environment: So-so. Service: The service was even worse (especially at the front desk! Like I owed her money! She was so arrogant! During check-in, she acted like I'd done something wrong! She even stared at me when she saw me. I really admire how they can keep this kind of front desk staff... I rarely write reviews, but this was a truly terrible experience! Terrible!!!)"

"Recently, I came to this city on a business trip and stayed at the elegant hotel. The original tired trip was because this hotel became particularly beautiful, so I couldn't help but share this great experience. The front desk staff had a warm smile on their faces, they checked in for me, and also intimately introduced the hotel's facilities and surrounding attractions. Entering the room, the room was warm and comfortable, the soft bed was like a huge cloud, the mattress was just right, and the quilt and pillow were skin-friendly and soft. I had a slight bed problem, but on this bed, I slept extra sweetly. The sound insulation of the room is also very good, and the noise of the outside world is completely heard, so that I can have a quiet rest environment. The facilities in the room are all available. The bathroom is equipped with toiletries, delicate foam and pleasant aroma, so that the bath has become a kind of enjoyment. Moreover, the bathroom was spotless and there was no smell. In terms of location, the transportation around the hotel is very convenient, whether it is travel or play is very convenient. And there are many shopping malls and restaurants around, which meet all kinds of living needs. In terms of service, the hotel staff always maintain a warm, professional and caring attitude. Enjoying the warm care of the majority of employees, I was very touched and satisfied in all aspects. This time, the front desk was picked up by the beautiful Xiao Chen and the handsome guy Xiao Huang. Although there were many people, they were still methodical, smiling and welcoming. The lobby manager beauty Xiao Wang cared about us as always and arranged a spacious and comfortable room. The room service on the 6th floor Xiao Chen was warm and friendly, and asked for warmth. He tried to meet the needs as much as possible. He was very warm. After staying for a few days, I feel that the hardest restaurant service is worthy of praise. The handsome chef and Xiaorong are all turning around, cooking delicious breakfast and very delicious supper rice noodles for everyone. It is the exception one look at. Example, front desk are not just pretty face smiling at you. They don't react. They respond well in crisis, in stressful and in duress. They add value. To front desk - you all are better than anyone i had seen for a long long time. Keep up the good work.To the housekeeping at 6th floor 沈 I honor you. To the aunty 朱 who tirelessly goes around to keep the hotel immaculately clean everywhere and assist my laundry , i salute you.
