Mountain View Hotels in Weixi

I want to write a detailed review of this guesthouse in Weixi. There were so few reviews that I was a little worried before booking. We arrived a bit late and hadn't eaten, so the owners quickly cooked some dishes for us: stir-fried pork with chili peppers and shredded potatoes—very home-style cooking, but incredibly delicious. We booked a room on the first floor, all made of solid wood with underfloor heating. The bedding was brand-name and very comfortable, and the bathroom had a smart toilet. The most unforgettable experience was the breakfast the next day, along with the beautiful little garden. I must say, it was the best yak butter tea I've ever had, along with roasted glutinous rice cakes with a hint of wheat flavor, and steamed buns made by the owner himself, all made with grains he grew himself. The eggs were also much more fragrant than those in the city. You can tell the owner puts their heart into the business; the flowers and plants in the courtyard were blooming beautifully even in winter. We originally planned to book Songtsam, but it was fully booked, so we stayed here. After visiting the suites upstairs, we felt this place offered excellent value for money. If I have the chance to come to Weixi again, I will definitely choose Yue Ting. Here are some pictures of the upstairs guest rooms; the window views are amazing, and you can even see the Bodhidharma Cave in the distance. This is Qibie Village in Weixi Township, a small village entirely inhabited by the Naxi people, worth slowing down and staying for a few days.

This stay experience really exceeded expectations, you must praise it! It was very comfortable from the beginning of check-in. The front desk staff was warm and professional, the processing efficiency was high, and the whole process was patiently answered questions, which made people feel very warm as soon as they entered the door. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the pillow height was moderate, and I slept for one night to relieve fatigue. The bathroom space is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, the hot water is fast, and the water pressure is also very suitable. The facilities in the room are well maintained, air conditioning, TV, network are used normally, and the details are in place. The public area of the hotel is elegant, quiet and not noisy, whether it is rest or office is suitable. The location is also very convenient, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and you don't have to worry about travel and eating. The cleaning staff is meticulous and intimate, the cleaning is timely and careful, and the overall atmosphere makes people feel at ease and relaxed. The price is super high, the overall service and environment are very online, completely worthy of the price. I will choose this hotel next time I come here, and I really recommend it to my friends. It is a very satisfying stay experience!

The hotel is situated in a zen and peaceful location. Breakfast was good, dinner wasn't bad but was very pricey for what it's worth. It was very difficult to contact the front desk manager via Trip.com, in the end I had to call the hotel number (using Chinese, not foreigner friendly) to reserve hotel activities. We went on a tofu making session in a local homestay, it was a nice experience but do note the price (400 CNY for 2 person, 1 hour session), very simple process and kids friendly if you are going as a family. The beds were comfortable. We stayed at the Garden view room and there was a lack of privacy, people wandering at the restaurant balcony, or walking outside can see directly into our room, so we had to keep the curtains closed. For 3100 CNY/night I expected more exclusiveness. Staff was polite, kind and sweet, compliments on their service. Lastly the Chinese name listed on Trip.com was VERY confusing, particularly when communicating with drivers and agencies, as we were not sure whether we booked the correct Songtsam hotel. 维西松赞塔城酒店 (Trip.com name) vs. 松赞塔城山居 (松赞 official name), confirm that these two are the same...

The unbeatable mountain view is worth Lao Zhao's seven years of polishing. Every day, there are customized country delicacies, and there are also night talks around the fire accompanied by Lao Zhao's anecdotes: P I fell in love with the small town of Tacheng because of Yun Yutian. I would like to thank Lao Zhao for his warm hospitality and Jun for his passion and sharing of coffee. I wish everyone all the best and I am looking forward to seeing you next time.

The room was very large, and it also helped to make the floor for children to sleep. The room facilities are very complete, and there is a large bathtub for bathing. It is a pity that there are no rice fields like the roadside outside the window. Some houses in the small village are still being built, and there are more sand. Breakfast is made by the local owner himself, the weight is sufficient and the guests are very intimate. There is no invisible consumption, the boss is very good.

It was a surprise to stay in this B&B in Tacheng County. The room is very spacious, bright, clean and tidy. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. The room is very comfortable as a whole. The bath water is very good. The owner and the proprietress of the B&B are very enthusiastic and pet-friendly. There is a large courtyard with convenient parking. It is very rich and worth recommending!

The guesthouse is located in Tacheng, making it convenient for watching golden monkeys. The overall environment of the guesthouse is nice, the rooms are quite large, and the owner had arranged fresh flowers. There's a small balcony, and the owner was very welcoming. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. The only drawback was that the bedding wasn't very clean. When I lifted the covers, I saw long hairs and some black bits of dirt, which would be very unpleasant for someone with a strong aversion to germs. I hope they can improve their hygiene standards.

The room is newly renovated, simple style, the bed is very soft compared to other hotels nearby is really cost-effective, clean, the front desk and the boss are very warm, the service attitude is good, the mineral water is free, it is recommended! This is a noisy hotel, we could hear the neighbours talking and showering. There was also a lot of noise from the street. It was quiet only after midnight. The room was clean, the sanitary facilities though outdated. Nice view of the mountains. Friendly owners.
