He called ahead to confirm, arranged parking at the foot of the mountain (porters can be hired from the parking platform at the foot of the mountain to help carry your luggage up the mountain for 30 yuan each), and even greeted us at the village entrance. The owner's wife was quite business-savvy and very kind. They also have a dog named Little One, who is so adorable. The room was poorly soundproofed. I could hear everything from next door, upstairs, downstairs, and all around, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. The bathroom was a bit unpleasant, covered in mold (I took photos but won't share them. I hope the owner and his wife can improve this in the future). The water flow in the bathroom was intermittent, and the shower faucet couldn't even be adjusted for temperature; it just turned on and off. The owner's wife was a bit overly enthusiastic, knocking on everyone's door at 4 a.m. to let us watch the sunrise, even though everyone was asleep.

Because it is the off-season for tourism, and it coincides with the winter solstice, there are very few guests in the hotel. We did not see other guests for dinner and dinner, as if we were chartered (😁😁😁), but did not reduce the quality of service at all.
