The studio is located on a slope down to the sea in a larger imaginatively built apartment complex, Les Hauts du Fontaule built in 1992, renovated outside 2012, with stairs and vaults crossing and across. The apartment is freshly painted in white with brown tiled floor and consists of a room with kitchenette, toilet and large terrace. The apartment also has a private parking space. The toilet has a shower and sink. The kitchen has good cooking facilities with two hobs, microwave, coffee maker and sink. There is plenty of porcelain and there is usually also some basic goods in the pantry, such as spices, tea, pasta and rice. The water from the tap is also excellent for drinking.
