GGuest UserThe location was kind of convenient but then again, to what?
The service was friendly, proficient and professional.
I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine.
The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

LLoneThe Orchard Retreat & Spa is a serene and delightful escape, perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. The staff is exceptionally welcoming, and the food is excellent, with delicious Kashmiri and international dishes. The lush surroundings, luxurious amenities, and warm hospitality make it an ideal spot for a quiet, rejuvenating stay. Highly recommended!

GGuest User5. Very pleasant stay. The place is a little away from the noise and main docks but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The caretaker does a great job in making the stay memorable.

GGuest UserA small property tucked away in a quiet lane away from the chaos in the city. Rooms are reasonably comfortable with all amenities including an ironing board and iron hair dryer and electric kettle. However the shower cubicles glass were totally stained and tiles stained. Food in the restaurant has a wide variety and quite tasty

3) Cleanliness is top notch
4) Staff are very polite and courteous
5) Food is really good
6) Cab service can be accessed from the hotel reception itself
7) Rooms are spacious and cozy

1) Occasional power cut lasting for about 10-15 minutes
2) We requested a late checkout for 3 hours. Even though we've booked 2 rooms and stayed for 5 days they charged per hour for the late stay.
