We loved the position of this hotel - right on the doorstep of the magnificent ancient city but out of the tourist path. It was delightful to wander through the ruins on our own and feel the history there without the crowds of the other towns. Our room was clean and beautifully presented and Mutti and his collegues organised everything we needed at a great price from scooter hire to our airport bus. The view of the balloons from our balcony at 5am is something we will never forget. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel could not have been more perfect. You will literally be right inside the ballon launch area. The staff was amazing the room was beautiful and the bed was soooo comfy. This hotel is not within the main city but the quiet but conveniently located hotel is not far and you will like it better.

It was a pleasant surprise to book this hotel by mistake. Many people book Goreme town. There are indeed more facilities, but there are too many people and too noisy. I like the feeling of quiet travel. There is a free parking lot, a large yard to play, a good breakfast, a complete variety and exquisite, maybe there are 10 rooms. The entire Kapaa is a private bed and breakfast, and there are few big hotels. The best thing is that opposite the hotel is the remains of Chausin, a pure mountain cave that has not been repaired. The hotel is situated outside of Göreme, which is still easily and quickly accessible by public transport, thanks to the bus station just a few minutes' walk away.
