Annual trip to home city, and it doesn’t disappoint ! Still indifferent towards the red tone windows, so I put make-up on in the pool lobby lounge. Restaurant and reception staff quite well versed. Hot water and coffee machine in Lobby. Breakfast choices good, but the beverage buy simply prompts a tip for staff. Suggest give option to charge to room. Lots of banquets or private events going on. Sports TVs on the spot. Location best for my own purpose. Walked to 18b Arts District to see friends within 30 minutes. Souviniers shop 3 minutes. Local amenity shops within 2-5 miles on the same road. Mutual friends of friends were a nice surprise to run into. Late checkout was granted due to another room having a late-night disruption mid-sleep. Great bikes and art on display. Really col video in Lobby about the Ahern family and businesses. International ATM appreciated 😍 Suggestion: Those with local ID or residency can get a lesser room deposit. Aside, refund was fast for international banking upon checkout. Luggage storage very convenient. Cleaning staff nonstop efficient. Happy Chinese New Year of the Horse!

Although it's a few hundred meters from the Las Vegas Strip, the hotel is directly across from Macy's. You can stroll through the air-conditioned department store and come out right at the edge of the Strip. The room was very spacious, with a microwave and an induction hob. We asked for cutlery and plates to cut fruit. From the room, you could see the Sphere in the distance. The burgers at the restaurant downstairs on the ground floor were also good.

Stayed at the Mara Tower and the room was decent as it had been newly renovated. However, there were several lapses during our stay. As shown in the photos, the fire sprinkler was heavily rusty, which was quite concerning. We also found a random dusty jewellery box in the room. We left a note on the second day asking housekeeping to clean it, but it was ignored. Only after leaving another note on the third day was it finally cleaned. On the positive side, parking was free. Overall, don’t expect too much. There’s definitely better stay in Vegas.

Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA Las Vegas

Stayed at Vdara recently and wanted to share a few highlights and realities from the experience. The location isn’t ideal for public transport—you’ll need to walk about 10 minutes outdoor to reach the nearest bus stop (which is quite challenging in summer time with over 100F). However, the hotel is well connected to others like Park MGM and Bellagio, which are just a 10–15 minute indoor walk away or could take monorail.  Dining options directly at Vdara are quite limited. For a wider range, you may head to nearby hotels like Cosmopolitan or Bellagio, though most options there are on the pricier side. we ended up order uber for meal delivery, which is a less expensive option. Lyft is a good choice for getting around more easily, coz if u take bus to downtown, it can take an hour for a single ride. Rooms come with a kitchen, which sounds convenient, but kitchenware isn’t provided unless requested. If you’re planning to cook, be prepared for a bit of a hike—nearest supermarket is about a 20-minute walk away. We also had an unfortunate experience on arrival: found leftovers from the previous guest in the kitchen—pretty disgusting. When we asked for a kettle and cups, the cups still had stains on them, which was disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Definitely some upsides in terms of location and connectivity, but for what you pay, the convenience and cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The hotel exterior is stylish and elegant, but the rooms are a bit dated. The bathroom had a persistent smell that wouldn't go away; we noticed it every time we entered the room. We stayed for three nights and informed the front desk about the issue. We couldn't switch rooms because the hotel was fully booked, but they promised to fix it and refund one night's resort fee. We thought it would be resolved after the 'repair,' but the smell remained the same. Additionally, the in-room phone was purely decorative and didn't work at all. I had to go down to the front desk and wait in line just to communicate with them. I hope they can improve the room's ventilation system.

We had a great stay at this hotel last night, better than expected, the room size was good, the facilities were well equipped, we enjoyed truly high floor mountain views, it was far better than the triple priced hotels we stayed few days ago.

Beautiful views, spacious room. Don’t drink the water bottles, it’s the same water they use in the jails. I was drunk and dehydrated and I drank some and it was so bad. Also the bedding had a very funny smell. Idk if this is one of those places where they don’t wash the sheets if they don’t have to or what but ew. Based off of that idk how clean this room is as a whole. I would just pay a little more to book the same room with better quality things directly from Signature. I usually book with Signature but I thought I’d give this a try. I’d rather stay in a room I know is clean.

If you could, go for the renovated room. I was given an old room at 1 corner of the building, it was dark, dirty & the dust on the aircon panel had triggered my allergy reaction sneezing for the whole day. The manager was kind enough to get me a newer room without carpet & waaaaay cleaner. Good job! & I really appreciate you for changing my room.

My husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Retreat on Charleston Peak, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in the beautiful mountains with breathtaking views at every turn. Our room was cozy and well-appointed, providing the perfect balance of comfort and rustic charm. We appreciated the little touches, like the fast Wi-Fi, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the ambiance was both relaxing and inviting. One of the highlights of our stay was the pet-friendly policy, which allowed us to bring our furry friend along. The staff went out of their way to make sure our pet was comfortable, and there were plenty of trails nearby for scenic walks. Overall, The Retreat on Charleston Peak is a gem in the mountains. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or an adventure-filled escape, this place has it all. We can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories!
