GGuest UserThe hotel location is tucked into the woods with pine trees. All the staff members are super helpful and nice. They are also knowledgeable about private shuttles (Mr. Les). The bed is so comfortable that I slept like a log. The restaurant serves excellent mouth-watering cheeseburgers. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Idyllwild.

GGuest UserI enjoyed my birthday stay here. It’s a great location to everything from wine tasting, dine, or relax by the pool. The hotel reminds me of a boutique hotel, warm colors, relaxing quiet environment. In my first room 110, there were cigarette butts in the rocks on the patio, not sure why that wasn’t cleaned up. I was switched to room 203, nicer, roomier, but the pullout sofa cushions needed cleaning. Overall, it was a great stay for one night.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean, new and very spacious. Parking space is very convenient and the reception lady is very kind. There’s also a trail from the lodge that we can walk to the town. Really really good place to stay, totally recommend this place.

One of the highlights of the stay was the availability of quality bicycles, perfect for leisurely rides around the city or nearby attractions. This combination of a prime location, attentive service, and thoughtful amenities makes for a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

MM56434****The weather is not good, it is to go to the real hot spring, the hotel is a bit old, but still relatively clean. The bed is American-style soft, and the sofa can be turned into a bed for the child to sleep. The balcony of the room on the first floor can go directly to the hot spring.

GGuest UserThe facilities are a little bit old, but they are quite unique. The hotel lobby corridor is filled with photos of singers from before the 1970s. The hotel is in a good location and the price is affordable. There is a golf course in the backyard, which is more suitable for family travel.

TTokyoJeffThe room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was good value for money. Rooms face out to the parking lot but it was pretty quiet. No amenities really. There is a mini fridge and a coffee maker. Also they have coffee in the lobby. Close to a really good diner (Elmer’s). I was just staying overnight on a business trip. It is pretty close to the airport. If you’re visiting Palm Springs to explore and do things outside of the hotel, this is a good option.
